Today I write my last and final response to the same recurrent complaints made by the same small group of individuals and their continued attempts to completely discredit me and MONE’T INC.
For the past two years this group has engaged in using Free Speech, this site and other internet search engines to launch these attacks in an effort to smear my name, integrity and credibility to the public.
Despite my posted rebuttals and responses from legal counsel, clients and colleagues angered by the false claims being made and posted by this small group their attacks have continued.
These bizarre cyber-attacks year by year shows a clear personal vendetta in which this group has gone to great lengths in posting the same complaints over and over again which other sites have picked up the same complaints mostly in verbatim for two consecutive years.
After my last response I decided to no longer participate (after two years) in this orchestrated madness.
The purpose of my response today disclosing detailed information is solely for my past and present clients. It is also for my participating lenders, investors and colleagues who have believed, maintained and supported me and MONE’T INC. DESPITE THIS CYBER ATTACK. My response is a declaration to all the accomplishments and strides we have made. It is to acknowledge our collective efforts that have provided funding for the benefit of our clients in spite of the prevarications and false statements made by these individuals independently or collectively.
In addition I am compelled for the sake of my family and family name which is being attacked with an evil spirited zealousness to make this last response.
This rebuttal is for my children, my two sons who carry my name. My youngest son is only three years old and he should have this from me to refer too. This response is for my daughters, the oldest who I named MONE’T after and my youngest that is 7 months old.
I made a decision a long time ago to devote my entire adult life (27years and counting) to banking, consultancy and financial services. I’ve made a personal commitment to advocate for small business development, homeownership, commercial and residential development and building bridges with financial institutions and private lenders and or investors as my dedicated practice and life service.
I will always stand for integrity, contend for honesty, and provide transparency and accountability to my clients and lending resources in spite of anyone who chooses to attack me for whatever reason.
Given this let me know disclose the following information to all who take the time to read this response.
On July 11th, 2010 I suffered numerous strokes while working in Memphis in our newly based office.
The effects of the strokes caused over 30 plus consecutive grand maul seizures. Further medical examinations revealed several malignant brain tumors. These tumors are located in extremely sensitive regions of the brain. In addition another mass appeared outside of the brain visible to the naked eye located between the base of the skull and neck. This mass is also located in an extremely sensitive area and creates a high risk surgical procedure.
As with anyone who has faced or is facing a catastrophic and potentially devastating health diagnosis and condition, My Life Was Changed Forever!
I received initially six weeks of mandated treatments, medications, ongoing tests etc. where complete bed rest was required. The recurrent seizures and my weakened health condition prohibited surgery, until the seizures could be stabilized and I became strong enough to endure surgery.
This obviously created an immense amount of concern for my entire family and employees who just had been recently hired. Despite the opinions of my family, employees and others, my commitment to honesty and transparency compelled me to disclose to our clients, lenders and investors my medical condition.
I refused to allow or use my health condition as an excuse for non-performance for our client’s period.
As I began to improve and against medical advice, I began to press forward to fulfill our contractual services for our clients, regardless of any force majeure provisions contained in our contract.
My decision made doctors, family and employees shake their heads in disapproval, however I continued to do my best to work. The choices I made to work and the struggle to find strength to do so is far beyond my vernacular ability to explain.
What I can say as a man who has unwavering Faith in God, is that I was strengthened to continue despite the hardship and challenges of both health and medical expenses and managing a company.
It is important for the reader to know that the parties involved in these posts were quite aware like everyone else. My illness became public knowledge to those to whom we were engaged with.
In spite of the daunting challenges and only through the Grace of God, patience and perseverance was I able to obtain funding offers for 90% of the clients contractually engaged during this period.
Obviously we have the copies of their offers to substantiate. The work weakened me and I suffered another relapse and stroke. Family intervention and doctors in Chicago familiar with my medical condition insisted I come back to Chicago for treatment and my survival.
It sad but this group in their consistent complaints wants the public to believe that we only are fee collectors which is completely not true whatsoever no matter how many times they posts the same complaints.
They want you to believe we lack the capacity and ability to fund. Simply not true. MONE'T has been in business for over 12 years now. We are an Illinois corporation in good standing.
We most importantly have a current (recent) list of satisfied client references obtainable upon request.
My most important desire to disclose this information is for my children and family, that there is a permanent record from me directly regarding this absurdity and vendetta against me, my company and family name.
My children will always know my love for them. They will always have the knowledge of knowing who their father is and what he stood for by the evidence of my actions not just the eloquence of my words.
For my infant children I consistently pray to my God in heaven that He grants me His favor and Grace to live long enough to raise them to adulthood with love and by His Grace. That they are able to see the example of my love, faith and commitment to doing what is right, fair and equitable despite the opinion of others.
I believe that by my faith they will be filled with the compassion to help others and look beyond themselves to do so. That they develop themselves as a light to contribute to this world in righteousness.
MONE’T is selective in making sure that there is a good fit for both the client and MONET. We provide private consultancy, funding and technical assistance with the client’s needs being first. We advocate and establish opportunities directly with our lending and private investor resources according to the need of the client and market driven demands. Nothing will alter this perspective. This is what we are truly about.
Our business is referral based. Our opportunities to provide service comes from our clients, investors, banks, and most importantly our trusted colleagues,
We want to know our clients and their specific needs, motives and goals.
Our services are provided by agreement. We only go to agreement after we have thoroughly gone over your business needs with you and your team. Only when all parties are in agreement to the viability of your request do we move forward.
We do not chase deals nor do we worship money. We will not ask for an equity position in your project either. I know the importance of honesty and transparency to obtain market driven success for our client’s needs.
I am not advocating or saying that I am a Saint, unless you are defining a Saint as a Sinner who keeps on trying.
My life has been dedicated to having the courage to help people beyond their social status. I will continue doing so until my life’s journey on this earth has ended.
To my children, no matter what else is written attacking me and your family’s name, Remember that you come from an elegant legacy. You may not be able to control what people may say or do, in their attempts to hurt you but believe in God and have peace in knowing that you can control what you do.
