Our Story is the same as erveryone else. We have been trying for a loan modification since February 2010. We sentby mailall the documents that they requested. About a week later they called, to let me know they needed more documentation. I faxed all they requested documents to them. Later that day I called to verify that they had received them. They did recieve them. A week or so went by and they called again telling me that I really needed to get my documentation into them. I have sent this documentation 7 times at this point. The last time I sent it by certified mail. During this time they put me on a temporary payment reduction.

August of 2010 my July payment was returned to me. I know had a new person in charge of my account. I was told they the modification process had been ended and they we would have to start over because I would not get the documentaion that they requested to them in a timely fashion. I was told not to make any payments during this process because they would not be accepted. I did not qualify for the modification. Who would have guessed? Now they are foreclosing on my house. My options are to come up with $15,000, do a quick sale on my house or they will be taking my house.

I feel for all of you that are going through the same thing. I know just how hard it is. I have been in my home for 23 years and because of Litton, I will more than likely loose my home.
