I ordered a keyless remote for a 1997 Chevy Tahoe online 12/13/2011. I received a confirmation of the purchase plus shipping via email with the amount of $53.90 charged to my Mastercard. The next day I attempted to call customer support just to verify my information, after all the website assured they would be glad to here from me. No response on the phone other than voicemail. Not once but twice within 24 hours. On 12/15/2011 - I emailed - "i have called a couple of times without success of speaking with anyone about my online purchase. This is my 3rd attempt at contacting you. Is this really a business?
This is my transaction information ************" The following day I received a email response - "Thank you for your email. After looking into your purchase with us, I have confirmed that you have not yet received your purchase from us. We would be more then happy to send another package free of charge to you ASAP, we want to make sure you receive your merchandise on time. Please confirm your shipping address and I can have another package sent to you right away." Please let me know if you have any further questions. Still no product, the tracking number does not verify that this product is even shipped. Once again no response on 12/26/2011 I'm not Happy!
