JACKSON HEALTH SYSTEM aka JACKSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Miller School of Medicine Maxilo-Facial Surgery Clinic, Dental Clinic From my perspective, employees at the intake desk on the main floor, as well as dental clinic / Maxiloo-facial clinic on the 2nd floor are arrogant, rude, and psychologically abusive, this includes Marie Thomas at the front desk, plus a tall, skinny, colored lady -dental assistant -(name to follow in separate complaint), she had the chart that was supposed to be taken care of first, but she denied having the chart and shuffled it to the bottom. This caused us to wait around another 2 hours when we were supposed to be seen as one of the first patients.
Also, the nurse manager named Odalis Vega, on second floor has been rude to us and seems to lack communication skills in regard to patients. She did not want to deal with the issue and arrogantly said;" why are you coming HERE?" She should not have the job she has! Also, employees on the second floor seem to have a problem displaying their name on name tags.
