| I was a business partner of the Rexroad, in the land development arena.Gary Rexroad was in charge of the financing of the land, which ultimately I discovered was like have the fox watch the hen house. Him having a weakness for the casinos didn't help either. I discovered that he was falsifying documents (including forgery) to give to the banks showing that work had been completed on the projects, when in reality, none of the work had been completed. He did this in order to obtain draws from the bank. He then pocketed the money, or he would run and pay on the other projects he had ripped off, in order to keep those partners from filing suits against him. He would just go from project to project doing this, which worked as long as the real estate market was strong. Unfortunately for me, the market took a dive and he wasn't able to go secure more financing on a new project so he could pay on my projects. I obtained an atty to file a very strong case, but when he found out that the rexroad's assets were too well hidden, he bailed. The FBI was interested, but they were overloaded with loan fraud cases at the time, so they couldn't take it either. All the Rexroads were in cahoots on this. None of them were exempt from the guilty role. |

| I work for the Gary Rexroad clan for a couple of years as a Construction Manager of many projects around the Vegas area. It is true, Gary's "assets" are hidden. Very hidden. I saw with my own eye's loan docs on the fax machine aquired in Gary's dead brothers name! Gary's boats, motorhome, horse ranch, houses credit cards are all in other family members names. I learned how his sons would "find" Gary when he would be in the casinos for days on end... they would have the credit cards Gary carried "shut down"!! As construction manager in vegas and the sons in Bellflower they called me many times and requested me to find Dad at the casinos and put him on the phone. I couldnt take it anymore and moved on. I do how ever miss my relationship with Metro Development (Arney Stalk his wife and son) Metro development (very profesional) was a design firm that worked with RB&G Construction on the projects I managed in Vegas. They had no conection to the Rexroad loan scams. I hope one day to re-conect with the Metro family and hopefully work with them again one day. |

I don't know who these cowerdly people are but my relationship has been with the Gary for over 30 years.
Gary rexroad made me my first million dollars at age 30 and has made me a million a year after that up to falling ill.
I worked hand in hand with Mr. Rexroad on deals from $50, 000.00 to $500, 000, 000.00. He was the most genuine and honest man I have meet. At the time he fell ill, many of his business associate took advantage of him and his cancer and helped them selfs. The economy turned downward and sounds like you two bailed, just like rats do a sinking ship.
You two make me sick.
Gary does not have a dime. I've been paying his medical bills because he is my best friend, but you two would no nothing about friendship. All I can do, is wish cancer on to you. Bunch of lies by people who can't even post their real names.

Hello, I'm a good friend of both Gary and Chris. Gary has always been a stand up guy and always looked out for others. If he borrowed money he always paid it back with heavy interest. He is kind hearted and once I needed a shirt he gave me the one off his back. Literally. I know for a fact he does not have any hidden assets and nor does his kids who are posted about. They all went broke with the slide in 2008. Gary has a brother who is alive and that Gary always took extremely good care of and still looks out for him to this day. I met him once before and he was just a little slow and Gary always said he would take care of him. Gary's brother has a lot of money as he buys and sells gold bars and cars. He won't repay his brother Gary a dime. Gary's own family won't help him out either. I understand they have nothing left but he has 9 kids and together they should be able to pitch in so Chris doesn't have to foot the bill at every corner. Chris does not mind doing anything for Gary. They are best buds together. I would have expected more from his brother as he is the one Gary always helped most. Sad and Sick. Anyone who says Gary is a scam artist or a fraud I dare to challenge them. That is complete BS. He made a lot of people a lot of money and is a legend of our time. He is extremely smart and from a couple of his children I know they are lucky to have had such a good father and role model. Working around him has paid off in spades I believe for them. I say to you people who have this bad taste for Gary to give him another shot and again he will make you rich. The bad times are behind us and make contact with him while you still are able and let him get you back on top. Gary and Chris I will see you this week.
