Daniel Ramirez guarantees cleaning up Equifax but not the other two bureaus. He asks for an additional fee for removal BK's, removal of inquiries and any derogatories on the other two bureas. When asked if there is a refund should the others (the non guaranteed work) not work, his response was he would refund the money. I have correspondence with him via email. I'd check in every few weeks to see where the process was at. I saw a change on Equifax but not the other bureaus. He asked me to respect the time frame of 8 weeks. I did and waited 9. In addition, I made a hug mistake in making a deposit into his account rather than charging it because he was referred through a reputable source. I asked him not to run off with our money cause we've been scammed in the past. His response via email was "not to worry, we were in good hands." Little did I know that I was talking to a conniving thief who strings you along and won't return phone messages no emails anymore. I understand when it comes to credit repair, there are lot if shiesters out there just out to get what they think is theirs but I promise whoever is reading this, it comes back to them in another way (i.e. they get sick, something they love like their car breaks down a lot or even worse, they get caught and sued.) Stay away from this company. He has a chick who sounds like she's answering a home phone with tv and people running in the background trying to play it off as a professional answering service. When you ask to speak with Daniel, he's usually "unavailable" at the moment and she asks you to call back after 4:30pst. Guess what, he has the AT&T call manager service which means you have to reveal your number so when she is off at 4:30pm, he sees whose calling and won't pick up!! My next step will be to press charges. Do yourself a favor and stay away from him. By the time I paid for services and waited, a month went by and I did my usual check in with ripoff report and it appeared a couple of people fell victim AFTER I paid for services. If you want to get a hold of me, you may at . Make sure you put in subject heading. |

I was too scammed by Daniel Ramirez just like three other stories I read online. We had an agreement that he was going to remove some inquiries from my Experian. I waited 5 weeks and nothing. I emailed him and he made up this story about Experian kicking the request back without him noticing it at the beginning and he asked me if I wanted him to resubmit, I told him yes and waited another 4 weeks and nothing. Emailed him 3 times and no response. I then send a nasty email to him to refund my money and his response was "LOL". I filed a complaint with State Attorney General and received a response 2 weeks later that they will investigate and if they find fraud, they will go after him. I want everyone that was scammed by him to file a complaint with the Attorney General. do not wait. Do it now, it is very easy. The site address is http://oag.ca.gov/consumers/general. This is the only way this guy will be stopped ripping people off. Not posting complaints any sites like this. This site is a waste of time and will not stop this guy. |
