Proflowers signed me up for IC Freeshipping.com on a monthly basis when I made a purchase with them (WITHOUT MY CONSENT). This is a scam and I will never use Proflowers again. This website is such a scam and I did call them to talk but had to deal with a rude customer care person who hung up the phone on me!! Is this what customer care is about??? This website should be removed from the internet. I dont understand why it still exists! |

have to say.. i didnt realize we had signed up for this either. thought it was something else. i just spoke with "Kat" from freeshipping.com who was very pleasant and very helpful. said she would cancel membership and even credited back this month's charge. how stupid was i that this had gotten past me for so many months! grr... will be more diligent in the future. |

They showed up on our account too. The customer care agent was extremely nice and gave us a refund. |

I was also charged for 3 months until I called to see what freeshipping was. They said I had asked for it and signed up for it as a 30 day trial, but it wasn't something that was obvious when I filled out the form. They said they would refund the money in 5 business days so we'll see. Never using proflowers again. |
