I had a broken playstation 3 that I wanted to get repaired. I found the gamesgalore website, and they advertised that they could repair a playstation 3 with any problems, through their mail order program for $60.00, unless it was the blueray player and there would be an additonal charge. My blueray player was not broken, so I charged the $60.00 on my credit card and sent my playstation to their shop, through the mail order program. On the website, they promised that I would have my playstation 3 back in about a week. They advertised that it would not take a month, like some other shops, and they would contact me and let me know the progress, also. A week after I had sent in my playstation 3, I had not yet received a call like promised, so I called the number on their website. The number on the website was no longer in service and had no forwarding number either. So, I did some research and got their Taylor location phone number, and called there. After many calls, they finally answered the phone, but when they answered, they explained that they were not at all affiliated with the mail order program, and that they had no way of knowing about my playstation 3's repair progress. Finally, after a coulple of more days of me asking about a number that they could give me to get a hold of someone to talk to, at the Taylor location I did manage once or twice to speak with someone that could answer my questions.

The man that I talked to said that he had ordered some parts for my playstation 3, and that it would be fixed and mailed back out to me in about 3 days. On the third day, I called and asked if it had gotten mailed out, and the man said yes. Later on in the day however, the man called back and said that he was not able to fix it, and that they would be sending it back to me unrepaired and that I would be getting refunded my money back. Three weeks later, I finally got my playstation 3 back unrepaired, but no refund. I have made numerous attempts, over and over again to ask about my refund, with no response from the company whatsoever. They are a very unprofessional company, and they falsely advertise on their website. They have more than one location also. Be aware of any playstation 3 repair shops, or xbox 360 repair shops that have the Gamesgalore name affiliated with it.
