Hydroxatone is a scam they will lie and say they never received you return package then charge you crazy amounts for products you don't even have. C.S.R. very rude and the management is no different. They sent me a package that I never received a confirmation number for nor did I press the submit button to receive it. I have filed a fraudulent suit against Hydroxatone and thank you to Chase for crediting my account.
Every time I have called Hydroxatone to get to the bottom of this I have waited on hold for ever and then after leaving many messages and emails it still took 2 weeks for a manager to return my calls. They say that I am wrong and this does not happen, well if this sort of stuff does not happen why are there thousands of complaints all over, my3cents.com, and BBB.com. why why else would I go to these lengths to inform others about this company. |

| I have ordered this cream from [email protected]. .I.have tried to send an email to cancel it and also rang the number but no answer, and the email wont send, I only sent for the trail creams, the perfect radiance and hydroxatone, I will return them as soon as i get them, . but I an so worried that they will take more money out of my bank that i dont have . Dont know what else to do Helen |

| Helen - keep copies of all the e- mails you send and a record of the attempted phone calls, - and most importantly get on to your bank or credit card company and explain to them what's happened - they should be able to help. The (very) small print in these cons does say you have so many days (usually about 5) in which to cancel your order, which I believe is a legal requirement, so keep the proof that you have done (or attempted) to do this. And yes, they will attempt to take regular (and quite large) amounts off you - and not just by one, but both companies. I came unstuck with a very similar con to do with teeth whitening, fortunately my credit card company were excellent, but you need to take action NOW - before these scum help themselves to yur bank account. This is how I got my money refunded from Hydroxatone!
I got involved in the Hydroxatone scam! Being UK based, I was even more distraught about how to get my money back. I probably sent about 15 emails to them, possible 5 were replied to, always the same bullshit answers, obviously didn't read my emails at all. the money was taken out of my account and 5 weeks later I didn't even have the products! I didn't want them in the first place, but was going to try and return them once I got them... even though I had read lots of reports that even after you return them they don't refund your money!
Anyway, DON"T GIVE UP - I actually finally got my money refunded! ALL OF IT! What I did was, on advice from my lawyer cousin, I wrote to them, telling them that I was going to file a claim in small claims court and have it published on the internet. I told them that I was tired of trying to correspond with them, and that the next email they would have from me would be the case claim details. The money was refunded with 2 days of sending that email! My cousin told me that even thought he company is in the USA, the transaction took place on a UK account and so I was legally entitled to make a small court claim against them. I didn't even get round to actually making the claim, the treat alone made them take action. Just goes to prove that they know that they are scammers. I cancelled my bank card too, so there was no way they could ever take money out again. |

I also have been caught be hydroxatone & bellaplex, my account has been debited & no products not that I want them now.
It was an offer when I was looking on tv listings about 4 weeks ago I payed £4.oo for each offer & £44.20 x 2 has been taken from my account.
I have tried to email hydroxatone but to no avail does anybody have a different email address i could try & does anybody know if bellaplex is part of hydroxatone |

Do not get involved with this rip off company, i too fell into the trap and have had money taken from my account. i also have had no joy trying to get a returns number and have e-mailed many a time and not no reply, and no joy with telephone calls either. PLEASE PLEASE do not request this so called free trial as it is no such thing. I dont know how this company can get away with this ripping off so many unsuspecting people. I have learnt my lesson now, no more purchases from the internet. I only wish i had looked into this company and seen all the complaints before i requested the trial

| Do Not take a sample from perfect radiance as they have just taken out £74.95 from my bank account without permission I have had to cancel my Visa Debit card as there is no other way of stopping them taking the money |

I have had 2 x £74.95 taken from my account by Perfect Radiance and 1 x £59. I spoke to an American in Edinburgh (the packages came from Edinburgh) and she assured me that I would be re-imbursed upon receipt of the unwanted products. I only ever received two products after the initial trial samples and needless to say I have not had any money refunded. I have also had £44.29 taken from my account by Hydroxatone but have not received anything from them. I too have had to cancel my bank card to prevent the company taking any more of my hard earned cash. It only came to light when I became overdrawn and had to pay charges to my bank. I am less than impressed that a company can behave in this way

| ive been duped also 74 .95 and 44. 42 definitely a scam .phoned oo 800 2358 7491 lots of bull ____ got cancellatiun code they dont know who perfect radiance are . i also cancelled my card and informed my bank . honest pensioner |
