I have been extremmly patient with the odering process of house of brides. I ordered my dress on june 7. The money was taken out of my account before i could hang up the phone. The dress was to arrive for inspection from the manufactor on the 28 of Sep. Well guess what NO DRESS. I have called customer service since I placed my order in june to keep a check on my dress order. Due to the fact that this company does not allow refunds. Each time I have called the customer service personnel they can’t find my order. I am always directed to a supervisor and a supervisor will find the order. The accounting dept with the telephone number 1-630-613-2359 will never answer the phone I have left several messages and the customer service reps have sent urgent messages. No one seem to want to reply or send an email about my order. My wedding date is Nov 10th and I don’t have the time or the funds to get another dress. The issue is unnecessary stress on me and I would appreciate it if someone can give me a straight up answer about my dress it has been nothing but unsatisfactory dealing with this company thus far. I have email karen on several occations and still no reply. If they would justgive me a location on my dress and be honest with me a lot of stress will be lifted off my back i only have 30 days till my wedding date |
