I just went here today with two of my best friends. I have to say that the service was horrible and they overcharge you if you don't pay attention! Myself and one friend ordered a hamburger combo for $5.75 each. The owner had his young son (whether he was old enough to even take orders and money is a different story) taking orders and he completely ripped us off! Not only did the kid look too young to be working a cash register, but he charged us for items we never asked for and lied about the pricing/how it worked. My friend wanted to upsize her fry from medium to large (literally a 44 cent difference). He told her it would be 75 cents to upsize, and she agreed. Somehow, her order went from $5.75 to $8.40. The lady behind us ordered the same combo with an upsize and her's came to $8.00. The kid told her she could upsize for 75 cents and the lady questioned why her order was so much. The father/owner came and then they both said "you can't make any changes to the combo. If you do, you are charged individually for each item." The lady had exhausted herself arguing with the owner and just said Forget It and left. The owner never apologized or offered to fix her order after the son had overcharged her. We then questioned our order and he told me I had been charged for cheese. I said I never asked for cheese. The kid then said "Well, most people say "no cheese" if they don't want it." I said it's a hamburger combo, why would I need to say no cheese? If I wanted cheese, I'd order a cheeseburger. The owner had the nerve to respond "well the cheese is only 25 cents." They had also added cheese to the other lady's order and she had also informed the owner she never once mentioned cheese. We informed the owner that the kid had told us we could upsize the order for a small charge and the owner stated that you could make no changes to the combo or you would be charged separately. He finally agreed to refund her the difference of the upsize, but still charged me for cheese that I did not want! I informed him several times that I never asked for that and am unsure as to why his son added cheese to our orders without our authorization. He still forced me to pay for it and argued that it was only 25 cents! I wouldn't have cared whether it was 10 cents. The principle being that they were tacking on extra charges for items none of us ever asked for! This place is very shady and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
