| Heart Check America has been scamming folks all over the country, it is an elabroate group of family members and other people who lure people in for a free scan, and then they high pressure into a 5K package of so called 10 year screening. Then they do fake screening, fake reports and in most cases, get as much money and then close up shop once the authoritities are on to them. This has occurred in many states, CA, NV, CO, Washington DC and NOW South Carolina. YES< they currently have a set up in Hilton Head under the name of Cancer Check America, basically doing the same scam!! Currently, the owners, David Haddad, Lisa Haddad and Shiela Haddad are being investigated by 5 state Attorney Generals, including scams of Time Share Fraud Scam that David was ordered to pay 25K in restitution. In addition, they have left many employee un-paid and looking for thier paychecks that they never paid for. Many customers are out of thier money and the list goes on!!! UPDATE: David Haddad cell number is 6 3 0 - 9 6 5 - 1 0 7 8 and Lisa Haddad number is 6 3 0 - 6 4 9 - 8 9 4 4 and the Cancer Check America phone number is 8 4 3 - 6 8 2 - 2 2 2 0...please call these people and ask for your money and track them down and sue them, file claims with the state of South Carolina and they also have a home in Tinly Park IL, this is where they live at. This is urgent that you contact these folks, call your state attorney general office and give them this information and report this information to everyone. These people are scammers and they will take your money. They OWE so many people...the state attorney office is trying to catch these group of slugs and stop them!! Do Not Get Suckered into thier services...they are scammers. If you would like to join a class action, please contact me by responding to this post, you can reach me this way and I can get you signed up....if we can not get our money, we can at least stop the scamming by these people. |

I'm also in Colorado and would like to join this action. We bought a ten year contract and now they've closed their doors. I was scanned and they told me I had a growth on my kidney. I ran scared to death to my family Dr and she ran more tests and scans. It ended up costing us a bundle more and my Dr found NOTHING ON MY KIDNEY! I am fine but their scan scared my whole family.
When can we start? I refuse to pay them anything more!!! |

| I purchased these packages for myself and 3 adult children here in Hilton Head. After having the scan and blood work, I took the reports to my doctor who said they were useless and the amount of radiation has been proven to CAUSE cancer. No doctor was ever involved un ordering these tests, I understand now that is required. I contacted the Haddad's and they said they could not return my money because it was used for advertising and expenses for the tests involved. I am out $10, 000 unless my attorney can get it back. I will call the SC Attorney General's office Monday morning. |

| My husband and I were two of the many in Denver that got scammed. We paid cash, and of course we got a "discounted price". These people need to be held accountable. Will join the class action lawsuit and make as much noise as possible to help get our money back and have these people put in jail. |

I purchased a 10 yr contract for my wife and I, from HeartCheck America (HCA) which was not approved by HCA's 1st financing choice. They then submitted an application under my name to Chase Helth Advance, and they did approve the contract. The financing was for $5, 299, of which $299 was an annual administrative fee.
As soon as I found out that the scans actually give you a high level of radiation, and that my doctors wouldn't bother to review their written--or in CD--scan reports, I requested the cancellation of the contract to both, HCA and Chase HA. The response I got from Chase HA was, that HCA had refunded all the money, less the $1, 997 which, according to HCA was the cost of the 2 full-body scans that the company did on us. I don't agree with the cost of those scans (read, scams) because they were the result of misleading information they gave us and are absolutely over-priced.

| Yes, unfortunately my wife and I also subscribed and obtained financing through Chase. I contacted Chase to cancel my payments and was told that I was obligated to continue to pay Chase and that I would need to contact Heart Check for a refund. Chase stated that I was contractually obligated to pay them and that late payments would be reported to the credit agencies and that Chase would take action to collect uncollected payments. Basically anotherrperson screwed by Heart Check America. I live in Virginia and would also like to join the class action suit but do not know how to do so. Any advice would be appreciated. |

| Attorney George O. West III, has filed class action suits in NV and very recently on behalf of the consumers in California under Brandow vs. HCA. Go to his website for details and updates. Try and continue making payments to CHA or suffer penalties, increase in finance charges and credit dings in the meantime. Hopefully, the courts will void all contract obligations and full or partial refunds. This may take awhile, so stay posted. |
