I took my 1982 Corvette in for a 4 wheel alignment, tightening of the upper control arm bolts, and an oil change that included tire rotation. When I dropped off the car, it was clean, and the service manager processed my work order. The next day, I went to pick it up, to find my floormat and carpet on the drivers side covered in grease, the tire rotation had not been done, and the upper control arm bolts were loose. Just stay away from them, they are horrible. I emailed the General Manager over 3 weeks ago, and have never received a reply. I was told by the service manger he would give me a refund, and I have never received that either. Long story short, they suck, they are a scam, and the service manager is very unprofessional. My vette by the way is no project, it is an award winning original, but the service manager accused me of bringing him a project. He simply should be fired. He cost them further service on both my corvettes, as well as the sale a new Camaro. Hope he's worth keeping around, I figure that alone cost the dealership over $40,000.
