Ordered gold on April the 3rd,
still have not recieved.
I paid money and keep being told in 2 days i will get it, it's been almost 3 weeks Thieves !!!!

Had the same problem. I bought the gold 2 hours ago and they said they had it in stock and I was getting it in 10 minutes. I am now demanding a full refund and threatening with lawsuits.

Is paypal give you your money after that ? i'm waiting since 3 weeks ( for the golds ) and i just put complaint today.
Can you say me If you know in how many times paypal will give the money back please?

I payed something like 140 euros ( something like 201 dollars) and i don't know if they will get back.

I have had the same problem with this company, if a company is what you can call them.
I placed an order for 40K WoW gold. I made enquiries, before placing/paying for the order, if they had enough gold stock for the server I used, I was told yes. Moments after placing/paying for the order, I was told that they were experiencing problems, and that delivery would not take place.
From that moment to this, I have failed to secure the gold I paid for or a full refund.
I have tried every thing I can think of to with secure the gold I paid for, or a full refund, but nothing as been successful.
Now, almost two weeks later, I can no longer communicate with them via live chat or email. Both mediums are inactive to me. Emails are returned, stating that they have been rejected by the recipient, and live chat simply states that it is temporarily unavailable. I have to add, it's been saying this since 02.50 GMT, it's now 20.00 GMT.
Before all mediums of communication were closed to me, I tried to speak to the companies manager, but I was given a variety of colourful excuses ranging from he/she wasn't there, that they were on vacation (holiday), that they were unable to speak to me due to other commitments/due to being in a business meeting.
These excuses were repeatedly used, no matter the time or day I contacted them.
I asked to speak to a supervisor, or an accountant, but like the manager, they seem not to exist either.
When I became adamant I wanted to speak to either a manager, supervisor, accountant, live chat was cancelled, or I was repeatedly ignored, until I cancelled live chat.
Over the process of the last few days, I have been asked to accept 1/2 of what I've order for the price prices, or just over half of what I ordered for the same price. I refused.
Being unable to speak to them, I have now left it in Paypals hands.
