I replied to an add posted on a brand website for Professionals. This offered an e blast to 80,000 investors for $150 and then a guaranteed amount of leads, which would result in another payment of $150. I was contacted first by Richard Evans and then later by David Smith. I paid my $150 to a UK bank account in the name of David Smith. I waited and was told the eblast had been delayed a week for technical reasons. I then noticed a thread were a person was complaining about her leads and Richard Evans had responded and was abusive. I emailed David Smith for a response and was told that I was being sued for what I had posted, which at this point was nothing and to go away. 5 further emails led me to post on the website urging for a response. Nothing back but abusive emails telling me legal letters were onthe way and that I had messed with the wrong people. Finally I noticed that Richard Evans was becoming quite offensive on the website and I another individual had joined to back David and Richard. I responded and backed the first aggrieved individual, as what they were saying was exactly what had happened to me. They then told everyone in public they were refunding me, great, so i emailed privately again and have had constant abusive emails, and now blackmaied that I can only have refund if I apologise for what I have said. This morning, they have now requested my personal bank details. In the mean time more people have come forward and have lost money to these people with the same story. We now know that Richard Evans, David Evans and David Smith are the same people. He is now using another name David Janna. He has also stolen a paypal account and left this poor individual in debt. Please be ware and avoid at all costs. This is now in the hands of the UK police Internet fraud squad.
