Fitness Outlet Inc

Cashed my check but never sent my order, and now won't refund my money.

I ordered a workbench multi system from Fitness Outlet inc, 2121 Atlanta AVE B2, Riverside, CA 92507. They told me that their credit card machine was down right now so i would have to send a check. Check was sent and i waited a week and nothing came. i called the company and asked when my order was going to ship. Kevin the owner said that he will check on it and let me know. i waited another week and still nothing. i tried calling their number and the number went right to voicemail saying "this caller is not accepting calls at this time" I then called their supplier to see if they could help me out. i gave the service representative the company name that i ordered my product from "Fitness Outlet Inc" and asked if she could check to see if they place my order yet. She put me on hold for a moment and got back on the phone and said i am sorry sir we have not had a order from this company in some time now. I then sent kevin at Fitness Outlet inc an e-mail saying that i would like to cancel my order and for him to please refund my money. I got no response. I waited a week and then tried to call again i got kevin on the phone and asked when he was going to send me my refund he said let me check on it and i will call you back. I never got a call back but i did get an email shortly after saying that we heard that you placed an order directly with our supplier is this true?.... Yes i place an order with their supplier and received the gym equipment a week after i placed the order with them. I waiting a month and i still never received a gym from Fitness Outlet INC.

Now they won't send back my money. so i pretty much just sent them $1,399.99 to be nice i guess ??????
I would think twice about buying something from this company.
