Santa Fe Mac Ari Kalminson Has not paid for computers sold to them Santa Fe, New Mexico |
30th of Apr, 2011 by User892025 |
We have made multiple phone calls and emails to Mr. Ari Kaliminson over the last 5 1/2 weeks, with only one responded to by him, and he still has not paid us as agreed. He is showing totally unethical and illegal business practices by being evasive, making excuses on "cash flow and Tax Season", and effectively attempting to jilt us. We suspect he has already sold the computers in out transaction, for a profit, and therefore is also committing fraud. Transaction was 3/12/11. He owes us $1,000.00. |

I have an agreement with this man for payment before July 2011. His bankruptcy status is not my concern nor should I feel obligated to pay sooner than our agreed upon date because of his needs.

The comments from Ari Kalminson are most concerning, and only extend his business liabilities. He can be excused for ignorance of fraudulent and/of deceitful practices, but he will not be removed of such responsibility. Now, he has added deformation of character to his poor business acumen, with such claims of bankruptcy of this customer, to which are totally false. The only germane claim here is that of New Mexico Mac and Mr. Ari Kalminson's negligence in paying for goods purchased, as promised. A copy of such is shown below:

Consumers, please beware. Neither of the companies of Santa Fe-Mac and Arimeca are registered corporations with the New Mexico Secretary of State, but even more concerning, neither company is registered and licensed by the the City of Santa Fe to do business! And further, Mr. Ari Kalminson is not shown as an licensed owner of ANY business by the City of Santa Fe. Wow! I guess this provides QED on his comments above -------- merely more manipulation of the facts and false claims. |
