Evolution inventions (aka Royal Ideas Inventions & Do it Yourself Inventions) need to be brought to justice immediately. Their so called products developers Tamen Godman/ Hugh Godman/ Marcus Johnson/Rose Vita/ James & God knows who else are all frauds. All these people could quite possibly be just the one person who mainly operates under the name Tamen Godman. Rumour has it that Hugh & Tamen are brothers & one brother claims to be displeased with the other brother's foul play. In short, this phantom online inventions company promises to turn your invention dream into a reality, but instead rips you off for $100's & $1000's & never follows anything through. When I first phoned "Tamen" I was quite sceptical and it took me some months to trust my instincts before signing up. I even tried checking his name with the Feds etc & researching the company before I agreed to hand over my bank details. But everything appeared to be legitimate & he was quite charming on the phone and called several times to re-assure me that my invention would be a success (perhaps he picked up on my scepticism & this is why he became persistent & extra friendly). I often received phonecalls & emails & even an animation of my invention. Although when I emailed him back to report that there were spelling errors in my animation, that was my first trigger that something wasn't quite right. Thankfully, I cottoned on fairly early that something was sus because after getting my bank details, the once wonderful customer service had diminished quickly. So, 30 phone messages to his paging service later and endless emails requesting a follow up later, I am now left with $1600 less in my account! These people have really rubbed me up the wrong way; I'm a hard working single mum who is yet to afford a mortgage so this money could've gone a long way for me. Apart from insulting my intelligence, he has robbed me of money that could've gone towards my kids' education (or even to charity), my time & my dream. I am now waiting on feedback from A Current Affair, the Federal Police, Victoria Consumer Affairs, Scam Watch & my Financial Institutions. I am even having a letter hand delivered to his so called address (Level 1, 89 High St, Kew, Victoria) this week but will not be surprised if his office doesn't exist either. He claims to have an ABN of 27574073595. He has messed with the wrong person, and as busy as I am, I will find the time to bring these lowlives to justice in hope that we all get our money & inventions returned to us. "Godman" has gone to alot of trouble to scam alot of innocent people & I'm going to go to EVEN more trouble to bring him down. My mission is to prevent others from making the same mistake; the more people that dob him in then the more chance we have of catching this guy and exposing him to the public. So please join me & contact A Current Affair, Vic Consumer Affairs, Scam Watch, your financial Institution & the media. I'd be only to happen to represent all the scam victims to ensure that these people don't try this again. My biggest regret is not reading the Ripoff Report website before I handed over my money as I noticed there have been other reports about the same mob.

We have just narrowly escaped being ripped off by Evolution Inventions. I did some research on the company before we started talking about them marketing our invention, and found nothing on the web. Now, the night we were planning to send a demo of our invention, I thought I'd just check again, and have found this post.

| Peter Sinclair just phoned me and asked me to send $8950 to start planning phase. Sounded dodgy lucky I found this post. Does anybody have advice on who to speak to get an idea off the ground? |

| I have also being ripped off by Tamen Godman Evolution Inventions . He lied, misled me, and obtained my money by deception. I would like nothing more than to expose this fraud for who he really is. I do not want anyone else to have to go through the heartbreak of firstly been told your idea is original and that it has plenty of potential, only to discover down the track that you have been lied to all along. The whole experience has left me demorilised and embarrassed. This bloke has a history of this and fled Sydney because he was being persued there for the same thing. He has other ventures, one company in particular called Mocean records. I found out too late, despite of doing my research (my case dates back over 2 yrs now) Tamen Godman is well know to the Australian Inventors Association for all the wrong reasons. We need to collectively expose this vermin so no one else has to go through the injustice of been financially violated. My advise to anyone is, if you see the name Tamen Godman DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH HIM AT ALL. These guys have been running me around for nearly a year. That peter Sinclair guy rang and spoke to me when I raised concerns about the company.
I have a great Idea and it unfortunately has been in the hand of these guys. They are a hard one to pick as they do allot of right things, such as perform some of the tasks they claim they will do. (such as provide a computer generated mock up of the idea).
Luckily for me I had my doubts early on an only lost the initial $199 sign up fee, I cancelled my visa the next day and have written it off to experience.
These guys need to be stopped and from the sounds of it there is a growing pool of people affected by them.

| Tamen and Hugh are father and son scam artists. People look at their product design animation on the website. It's sub standard and high school students could do better. They operated as Royal Inventions and now have a new name, same scenario! |

We can put all our efforts into closing these people down. But I think more effort should be in recommending legitimation companies to follow.
Years ago when it was royals I submitted a dummy invention to them only to get the go ahead, I was amused, so I submitted my proper invention and it was declined. Only last week I submitted the invention again to Evolution Inventions (thinking they were a different group) It was approved. Peter rang me. A fee of $12950.00
is asked before any work will be commence.
I Google Earthed the address to find it was a building up for lease.

He is a scam artist, his father is Hugh aka (Royal Inventions), he also owned Mocean records, another scam.
Please people out there, do some research before you give them money. Just look at the crappy animation of the water running from the gutters to a wall, think about it, what is the point of it, why not just do the normal thing and have the water going to a water tank?
Why wouldnt you design a wall catching rain water?
The quality is also amateurish. anyone can use Sketch. A 3d photo real rendering would be much more useful but in their videos they say they have done away with product design graphics, please they are krill if people's savings. |

i found intellectual copyright submission ideas submitted to royal ideas and inventions. they were given a reference file number and as i was homeless and sleeping in a car etc in 2001 lost reference and contact until i found correspondence from them. i tried recently to trace them until i came accross this site .two of these ideas are now being utilised by the US army and also some of the worlds navies . think how much royalties should be due in 2011 .

Interesting he is currently trying to get me for 12K! But his name is peter sinclair and gave me the same abn.
I have told him that i rang consumer affairs vic and they said there company is no, longer, he wouldn't have a bar of that though. Long story short he is getting no money out of ME!!!

I trusted my instincts and knew as soon as he said his name Peter Sinclair i could feel my skin crawl. Im so glad i listened to myself because he asked for $12000 off me to get me idea up and running. I feel sorry for all you people who put money up thinking you were being helped, but karma is a bitch and they will get their comeuppance sooner or later..
I will be recieving a phone call in a day or so off a colleague of Sinclairs, i may just tell them what i think of them... |

Wow a have a sick feeling in my stomach I paid them $10 000 last year for a basic high money earning invention. After reading these comments looks like I may have been scammed is there anyway to get our money back and who should I call to nail these pricks. Makes me want load my gun and put these bastards where they belong. If anyone has any advice please let me know.

| ive just had a call from peter sinclair to find that the fee of $12950 had been halved so i thought i smelt a rat to find that this scum bag has taken the money off you poor people theres only one place for pricks like him and jails to good he says hes in america didnt say where but he is calling me back i should ask more questions or if we could only trace his calls |
