Walmart Money Card Stealing money from cardholders Internet
8th of Nov, 2011 by User724106
Walmart money card steals its customer's money. They pull out a charge twice...post one and leave the other pending for 1-2 weeks. When you call to have it fixed...they credit the amount but do not give you the money back. They change the dollar amount in the transaction history to make it look as if you were negative the amount you are due from the second "pending" charge. I saved my errored transaction history then the next day after I called about the incident and they "credited" back my money, I copied and saved that history as well. The Locations and dollar amount I charged was correct, however, all the remaining balance amounts were different from my original saved statement. Walmart money card has stolen money from me twice in the past year. The dollar amounts are not high, My first one was $35.00 and the second one was $16.14. If you add that up with however many customers they have...they are getting rich without any consequences.
