| Scott Laverty is a SCAMMER, I lost $ 6750 on November, 26 2010 The story started when I found a person called Scott Dodge online under a company called Cybertek and he claimed to sell ipods, iphones and other apple products, I sent him emails spoke with him on phone ( I have his phone number) and he told me that he works with Scott Laverty and that he is the actual supplier that has many connections with wholesalers. I called him many times and placed order for ipod touch 3rd generation and started by paying with Paypal because it is a secure way to pay money but every time my payments got flagged and suspended by Paypal, he risked my money many times, at the end I spoke with him and he told me that he knows a new supplier in Los Angeles, CA and that he's 100% guaranteed to ship products and I asked Scott Dodge ( a police officer in Tennessee) and he told me he trusts that company and he placed orders before and the best way to pay is Bank wire, I don't like doing bank wires because it is very risky but both of them convinced my that this company (Dunamis Global) is 100% legitimate, I told him that I will place an order of 45 pcs of Ipod touch 3rd generation 8GB for $ 150 each and this will total $ 6750 and Scott Laverty told me that he will talk to the supplier and get an invoice with all details by email and I got that invoice with all details and it looked very professional and legitimate ( I still have it and it has Scott Laverty name on it as a supplier) and I wired the money on 11/26/2010 and until this moment I got nothing back. I called Scott Dodge and Scott Laverty many many times asking for the money back or the products and Scott L ended telling me that somebody in this company is a scammer and he stolen the money and I have to file a law suit and until now he I got nothing. I would like to cooperate with every body who got scammed by Scott Laverty so we can start a law suit and get our money back. I have all the supporting documents, emails, and wire papers. |

One of the points you left out here is that I stressed to you that regardless of trusting someone-if they were hit by a bus immediately after picking up a wire transfer, all of your money would be lost. I told you that several times and you said you understood the risk. I also told you I never wire anyone anymore and that it was your decision, not mine. How exactly did I force your hand to wire money (for lack of a better phrase). You live in Florida, I don't. You understood the risk and lost money. Lastly, I am sure you know by now that PayPal sucks and they flag a ton of things when business is done outside of eBay. The statement, "he risked my money several times". That's absurd. I don't recall who was trying to process, but if you thought you were risking your money the first time, would you not be smart enough to quit??? I would. So before you slander me in this BS, get your story straight. Oh, I didn't want to leave out that you probably called and texted 50 times everyday because you just HAD TO HAVE the iPods, BEFORE YOU EVER SENT MONEY. This leads me to believe that you were so pushy and anxious to make a quick dollar that you failed to do ANY research on the company you were dealing with. That is on you... |
