This is an obvous scam and nothing short of an internet scam. The company absolutely does not care if they alienate customers because their game is to milk as many people as possible for over $100 before they get shut down. Given the pace of govt intervention; it could likely take a couple more years before that happens.

Please file a complaint with the FL AG office as well as the AG in your home state.The AGs will only take action when they receive enough complaints to constitute a "pattern."
