David Samer SAMER THE SCAMMER INVOLUNTARY BANKRUPTCY FRAUD AND THEFT OF AIRCRAFT Hollywood, Florida |
15th of Apr, 2011 by User964693 |
David Samer aka Sammer the Scammer put a company in involuntary bankruptcy so he could steal the company and the aircraft. He actually stole two aircraft and hid them thinking he was going to win the company in this bankruptcy fraud. We did no know who he was when this started but after a GOOGLE of his name and alias's we were shocked to find out so much. He has been in jail and continues to live a nefarious life style. He is living in a foreclosed mansion in Hollywood where he had an illegal auction last week and stole the proceeds. The bankruptcy judge and the opposing counsel are now in a race to have him put back in jail where this scam artist belongs. The Broward Sheriff Office is now involved in every phase and in en effort to retrieve the planes have gotten warrants to open hangars. If you have ANY information regarding this man please leave it on this site and there ARE rewards involved. |

Wow!! Don’t you just love the internet you can lie like a rug to get even with someone you don’t like or get along with. The facts are this the author of this hateful comments is friendship airways factiously doing business as Yellow Air Taxi A charter airline that has stolen money from poor unbenounced customers, banks, aircraft leasing companies, fuelcompanies, maintenance mechanics, many Pilots, just to name a few also lets also include you the tax payer they owe the United States Internal Revenue nearly$500, 000.00.
Now this is a very small company how did they scam the IRS so much?. Nevertheless I did not force them into any Bankruptcy a lessor whom I represented in the retrieval of their 2 aircraft who was seriously defrauded by Yellow Air Taxi and Christopher Behnam did .They stole parts of the lessor’s aircraft and placed them onto their own aircraft as they had no money to buy new parts. Christopher and Beth Behnam did not make any payments on the leased aircrafts for 18 months. The 2 aircraft where subsequently repossessed and are in the possession of the lessor and the lessors bank. I did not take too kindly to Christopher Behnam making false claims and lying to me so extensively hence I was very harsh with him and his wife. I can assure you they deserved it.
Yellow Air Taxi and Christopher Behnam are the Scammers they have financially hurt many people and left people stranded for days and not offering refunds. A police report was filed in Ft.lauderdale, Florida naming Christopher Behnam as the person whom stole the parts. Christopher Behnam is a United Airline Captain. He should know better but according to testimony in Federal Court he operates Yellow Air Taxi in an unproffesioal way bordering unsafe according to testimony in Federal Court by employee Pilots and mechanics.
As far as myself I wish I live in a huge mansion and if I was a party of an illegal auction I would be in real trouble and I can assure everyone no such auction took place. As far as the police and Sheriffs Office looking into anything that i am doing or have done is purely to inflame the story I work closely with law enforcement and they have no issues with me. Furthermore the reposed aircraft they mention are the property of the lessor and the Bank whom are going after Yellow Air Taxi and Christopher Behnam for theft of property.
Two other Banks have been victims of the Behnams and planning on repossessing the remaining aircraft.
Now they did mention a past problem that I had. Without belaboring you can look it up and read my comments. I am an open book, or I should say I am an open internet that did not sound right but I think you know what I mean.
Thanks and Regards too you All!!

Yellow Air Taxi, Friendship Airways, Christopher Behnam are the Real Thiefs
AUTHOR: YAT_Follower - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, June 19, 2011
POSTED: Sunday, June 19, 2011
I have read the report about David Samer from the author (Possibly Christopher or Beth Behnam) and the section on the stolen aircraft is all lies, lies and even more lies. If the police should be looking for anyone it is the people behind Yellow Air Taxi.
For the real truth about those aircraft take a look at the FAA registry and see who the 2 aircraft are registered to. The tail numbers are N523FA and N282LH.
N523FA
http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/NNum_Results.aspx?MailProcess=1&NNumbertxt=n523fa
N282LH
http://registry.faa.gov/aircraftinquiry/NNum_Results.aspx?MailProcess=1&NNumbertxt=n282LH
They are registered to Karl Doane III and K&H Ventures LLC out of Delaware. They are not registered to Yellow Air Taxi, Christopher Behnam and/or Beth Behnam. They are also not the property of Friendship leasing which is the company behing Yellow Air Taxi (YAT).
I will tell the truth on accusations in the posting. The 2 planes that Christopher Behnam says were stolen and are actively being searched for by the Police is once again another lie from this person. Their locations are known by ME and I AM the one that hired David to retrieve the planes back from Yellow Air Tax (Christopher Behnam). They were taken back because Christopher Behnam illegally removed the engines, props, electronic equipment, parts of the 2 wings, tail rudder, etc... from the planes and put them on to his planes.
This action was prohibited in multiple places within the aircraft leases that Yellow Air Taxi (Christopher Behnam) signed with K&H Ventures. The leases stated that at no time were parts to be removed from the aircraft for use on another aircraft and the only time they could be removed was if they were being repaired or replaced due to maintenance issues or requirements specified by the FAA. He stripped, scavenged an pillaged the 2 aircraft to the point that they are no longer worth attempting to put back into flying shape. The 2 aircraft were appraised at $360, 000 (N523FA) and 237, 000 (N282LH) and now are worth not much more that what you could for salvage. They were left with the parts removed and were not covered to prevent the elements from getting into them. There is large amounts of corrosion due to being exposed to the weather.
YAT (Yellow Air Taxi) also is so far behind on lease payments that the amount is in excess of $100, 000 and that is not including the language within the lease that if at any time the lease is broken by YAT (Behnam) all lease payments are due immediately including those to the end of the lease expiration date. This would be another 2 years worth of lease payments. I also lent money to them to help update the planes when they were low on money. They were responsible for paying for the maintenance of the planes as well as the insurance on them. They obviously did not do this.
The real scammer in this is the original poster (Christopher Behnam) and I could post all the court proceedings (I am not sure it is allowed but they are public record) where the mechanics that worked for YAT admit on the stand under oath that they took the parts from the planes under Christopher Behnam's orders.
For even more proof of my point, go to this link on the Abacos Forums where multiple people have been left stranded because YAT did not honor the tickets. There are many posts on this person within the forum, so keep reading if you want to know the truth. Check Post #49 it is from the Chief Pilot who has quit/resigned because of the activities going on at the airline.

Here is another site that concerns Yellow Air Tax (Christopher Behnam)
http://yellowairtaxi.weebly.com/cancellations.html
I could go on an keep providing more facts about Yellow Air Taxi, YAT, Christopher Behnam and the real scammer, thief, etc.. but unfortunately I have to go back to work so I can pay off all my debts that are the direct result of Christopher Behnam.
As far as the involuntary bankruptcy, yes he did escape that and the main reason was because I was not able to come up with $25, 000 of my own money for a bond. This person owes me in excess of 500, 000 ( Include loss of 2 planes, lost lease payments, money loaned, fines from the banks for missed/late payments, insurance on planes that they did not pay for) etc... and it is no wonder I did not have the $25, 000 to pay for a bond.
I did not have the credit rating to get a bond anyways, since it has been completely destroyed by YAT and Christopher Behnam. This is due to the fact that the banks who loaned the money want the planes back but their value is so far below what is owed on them. The payments were missed because I basically ran out of money to continue to pay for them. I had to make a choice between paying for my house and family bills or keep paying for planes that are no longer worth anything and hoping to get some money from a person who never had any intentions of paying it back.
I have the pictures of the planes weeks before they were taken back and they show the damage and parts stolen from the planes well before they were taken back. |

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AIRLINE!!! Myself and three travel companions booked round trip flights with Yellow Air Taxi from Fort Lauderdale to the Bahamas to attend a wedding. When we arrived in Fort Lauderdale via our connecting flight, we were told that our YAT flight was canceled due to "mechanical" reasons. There were no commercial carriers that could get us to our destination that afternoon, so I called other charter airlines that operate from the same facility as Yellow Air Taxi. One of the charter owners, who will remain unidentified, told me that while they couldn't transport us that day, Yellow Air Taxi's claim of a mechanical malfunction was a complete and total lie. The owner stated that Yellow Air Taxi's plane had been on the tarmac all day without any work being done to it. The following morning, Yellow Air Taxi delivered us to our destination, though I wouldn't be truthful if I didn't tell you that I'm surprised that their aircraft is capable of flight. This plane is more suited for the scrap heap than anywhere else. We were in the Bahamas for a week, and each day we heard of more people who had been stranded by Yellow Air Taxi. Lightning never strikes twice, unless you are Yellow Air Taxi, which canceled our return flight as well. We were forced to charter an early morning ferry to Marsh Harbour ($250) and then purchase four tickets on Bahamasair ($250/ticket, $1000 total) in order to return to Fort Lauderdale in time to catch our connecting flight to our final destination. To make matters worse, Yellow Air Taxi has yet to refund us for the canceled flight. I've since reported this company to every regulatory and law enforcement agency that has any authority to stop these scam artists from taking other people's money. Their business practices are unethical, unprofessional, and downright ILLEGAL! The owners, Beth and Christopher Benham, should be ashamed of themselves.
UPDATE:
I was informed that as of 05/31/2011, Yellow Air Taxi has been evicted from operating at the Sheltair Aviation facility in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This effectively terminates their ability to fly from the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport. I was told that steps are underway in the aviation community to prevent Yellow Air Taxi from operating as a charter service, both now and in the future. This fly-by-night company may soon become a fly-no-more company, which will be for the benefit of all the consumers who have, and would be, burned by their unethical and illegal barn-storming of your trust and bank accounts.

We booked a R/T flight with Yellow Air Taxi for Marsh Harbor.
Not only did they not honor the flight; they lied to us about mechanical issues. We are owed $460. They sent us a bogus email saying we would get our account credited. Nothing so far(two weeks have passed).
Needless to say, DO NOT book anything with these people.
I believe now they are out of business.

Agree with all other posts. Got an email on June 30th that my July 7th flight to Marsh Harbor was cancelled and I should contact my credit card company to get a
charge back since I had booked it February. Had to file aclaim with my credit card company. Of course that will take about 30 days. Yellow Air stated it was mechanical failure, sure sounds fishy to me that they could not get the plane fixed in a week. By waiting so long to tell me it cost me twice as much for our flights. Probably a good thing this happened, sounds like a fly-by=nite outfit and their planes are not the safest. Would not ever do business with YAT again.
In addition, I just discoverd that they took my money on 2/16/2011. On February 18, 2011, an involuntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 was filed against Friendship Airways Inc[1].
This is fraud and I intend to do all I can to get my money back as well as others.
am hoping that you will follow up on this issue or that you might give me some idea where I can go for help. I am one of a multitude of passengers who have tried to fly on Yellow Air Taxi from Fort Lauderdale to the Bahamas. Yellow Air Taxi cancels flights, promises reimbursement for flights on other airlines then never delivers. In my case, I was scheduled to fly FLL to MHH on December 30, 2010, my flight was cancelled due to pilot injury. I had to book a flight on Continental. Beth, the owner of Yellow Air Taxi, personally told me my reimbursement would be sent to me the following week. As of today, March 24, 2011, I have not received any communication from Beth or Yellow Air Taxi. I have called repeatedly since mid January. I either get an answering machine or someone else in the office who states she will give Beth the message. In speaking with the woman who answers the telephone it appears that there are many people calling her with complaints and Beth does not return the calls. My hope isto have a consumer advocate that might be able to follow up on this and get Beth to own up to her responsibility to the consumers who trusted Yellow Air Taxi for service to and from the Bahamas?
Thank you for your consideration with this issue, |

Here is my experience. YAT at their lowest. I havve been waiting ever since my fahter died in 2009 to see them go out of business. It's sad that it took this long becuase I'm certain they've ripped of a lot of people since my experience in Feb. 2009.
They've been screwing people over for years and I don't know why people have continued to patronize them. They totally took advantage of me when I was trying to get of the island as quickly as possible because my fahter died. They knew I had an existing ticket on Twin Air. They came looking for me outside the Marsh Harbour Airport and told me their plane would get their sooner because it was just leaving Treasure Cay and I had to buy the ticket now- lie #1. When the plan never showed up, I was assured they would reverse the charges on my credit card- lie #2. I never took their flight and never got a refund. I kept calling and was told someone would call me back - lie #3. Filed a complaint with the BBB, it didn't help. I got my bank involved as I accidentally used my debit/credit card instead of VISA. In a joint call, YAT told my bank they would call them back - lie #4. Instead, they sent a written reponse to my bank. They said they offered me a free one way ticket good for one year - lie #5. That would have solved the issue immediately since I travel to the Abacos enough. They made up transcripts of numerous conversations that never took place - lie #6. The male employee in Marh Harbour was really trying to help me since I was in tears at the airport. YAT told my bank they didn't even have a male employee - lie #7. I'm hoping the info I am hearing about bankrupcy filing is true. As for Beth at YAT, karma always wins in the end!!! |
