Contract Breach, deceptive marketing tactics, providing medical procedures without medical consent

My wife and I enrolled in a 10yr total EBT screening for $4595 with an annual network fee of $299 with HCA and financed by Chase Advance Health Plan for 48mos at $123/mo. As of June, all operations in IL, SC, CO, NV, WA-D.C. and CA have closed due to legal and media investigations. The business was established in 1992 by Bruce Friedman and is currently owned by Sheila Haddad and managed by her son, David. Both were involved in a time share scam in 2007 and have yet to make paybacks. We have filed complaints with the IL & CA A/G's office, FTC, BBB, CA DHHW and are awaiting legal counsel. Chase is aware of the issue, however, we are obligated to continue payments or result in penalty fees, increased finance charges to 29.9% and credit dings. There is no certain numbers of victims but one report from a former employee that 25% of the 600/wk who were lured in for free scans only to sign up for 3,5,10 year plans costing $2,000-7,000 are screwed.
