This is a report about the Clark County Sheriff's Office in Vancouver, WA, Sheriff Garry Lucas, Sgt. Dennis Pritchard, and several of the deputies. There have been several serious incidents that took place in 2009 and 2010, and the deputies did not allow me to file police reports. On November 19th, 2009, I reported an attempted break into my house by a woman who was pretending to be a flower delivery person and came in a green Plymouth minivan license plate WZN361. I took pictures of the vehicle. Deputy Paulson and his partner came to my house and after I told them what happened and who I thought was behind it and that the only way those people would know where I lived was by using private detectives, Dep. Paulson agreed it was serious and ran the plate. Then he came back and said that because the vehicle wasn't stolen they wouldn't investigate and that the woman was trying to serve me papers. All of those are lies and not the correct police procedure for attempted break ins and attempted abductions. Later I found out the vehicle belongs to Girl Friday Investigations of Portland, OR, and that they were hired by my family to keep me under surveillance, and that the woman was never a process server. That was a lie. Deputy Paulson lied to me. He knew the vehicle belonged to the P.I. firm my family hired to follow me. I filed service complaints. Sgt. Dennis Pritchard, in charge of Internal Affairs, refused to investigate. All of my reports have been through away, and the deputies use patrol cars to chauffeur my family employees around town claiming they are Brazilian diplomats. This is corruption and misuse of tax-payers money. By having me followed, my family found out which vets I was taking my dog to and paid to have him killed. |
