complaint against JOHN NEHMATALLAH: "I'M AN ATTORNEY AND A STOCKBROKER AND CAN HANDLE ALL YOUR LEGAL ISSUES' he stated to me in Jan. 2010; he took bank, broker, mortgage data, documents to collect about 3 million in assets from my husbands death; I am senior 60 yrs; he took color copies of passport-drivers license-birth certificate-social security cards of myself and husband, husbands navy #, loan data stating he would negotiate with the bank who failed to take out autopays, sabataged a VA refinance, that he would handle it if it went inot foreclosure and do a RESPA TILA; collect the insurance-life insurance-broker accounts-stock for me...I paid him. In end of August he told me he would have $58, 000 in IRA collected to pay off the mortgage and/or the RESPA TILA WOULD BE COMPLETED, EITHER WAY THE MORTGAGE WOULD BE PAID OFF...TRUTH: NOTHING. TRUTH: WHENEVER i CALLED HIM HE NEVER RETURNED CALLS OR EMAILS. HE HAS DOCUMENTS TO COLLECT ASSETS OF 3 MILLIOIN AND I AM IN FORECLOSURE. I DO NOT HAVE COPIES OF A LOT OF THOSE DOCUMENTS AS HE WAS AN ATTORNEY AND I PAID HIM SO I FELT SAFE. JENNIEFER CHEN, REALTOR WITH CENTURY 21 INTRODUCED ME, AND ALOT OF OTHERS --SHE WITNESSED HIMI TAKING ALL MY DOCUMENTS; SHE SAYS EVERYONE IS FURIOUS WITH HIM; I HAVE ANOTHER ATTORNEY THAT VALIDATED HE TOLD OTHERS HE WAS AN ATTORNEY, THAT HE WAS DOING LOAN MODIFICATIONS. (HE TOLD ME IN JAN BEFORE THE FORECLOSURE THAT THE VA STREAMLINE i WAS BEING OFFERED WAS NOT NECESSARY--HALF WHAT I WAS PAYING ON MY LOAN---THAT HE WOULD HANDLE IT...HE NEVER DID AND LOAN WENT TO FORECLOSURE VIA '
LAW OFFICE OF DAVID STRERN' ANOTHER ATTORNEY THAT IS UNDER INVESTIGATION IN 50 STATES FOR WRONGFUL FORECLOSURES. MY HOME IS MY HOME, NOT A RENTAL, I HAD MONEY IN THE BANK AND THE BANK DID NOT TAKE OUT THE AUTOPAYS FOR MONTHS SABATAGED THE VA STREAMLINE AND MY PERFECT PAYMENT HISTORY OF 16 YRS, I WAS/AM HAVING LIFE THREATENING HEART ISSUES DUE TO ALL THIS FRAUD-STRESS. I FILED COMPLAINT WITH FLORIDA BAR--WORTHLESS--IN SEPT 2010 AND AS OF JUNE 20, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE; SO AM FILING AT SHERIFF ORLANDO AND STATE ATTORNEY END OF THIS WEEK.
