The above subject refers. On 10th January
2011, I Messer Adelowo Adebanji (complainant) approached my friend Messer Nath Chukwuma who claimed to have a reliable source of good car from United State of America (USA) and narrated my story of how I could not get a very clean fairly used Vehicle from Lagos car dealers. He then got in touch with his contact in USA in the person of Messer Omole Abiodun the owner of OAKAY Carplus Inc. Below are details of my choice: Maker: Toyota

Others: Leather seat, top range and must be very clean We then agreed that I will pay a down payment of $10,000:00 to confirm my seriousness and financial capability, which I transferred to Oakay Carplus Inc, TD Bank,, Rahway Branch, St George RD, Rahway NJ 07065, Account No. 7867842069, BIC/Routing No 031201360 on 18th January 2011. Messer Omole Abiodun called on 2nd February 2011 that he located a very good and clean RAV4 but that the colour is light Grey which I accepted because it is close to preferred black colour.
I demanded for the picture but he said the location is far and that the snow was too much, that I should pay the balance for him to settle the seller; otherwise I would forfeit my money should it be delayed than necessary. I was encouraged to pay the balance of $5,000 by my friend Messer Nath Chukwuma; which I transferred through my wife account on 8th February 2011. To my surprise Omole Abiodun refused to send picture after the payment claiming that the vehicle had been taken to workshop where he was changing the fabric seat to leather seat. He also claimed that the mileage is 32,000 plus. Shortly after the last payment, Messer Omole Abiodun came up with another demand of $3,145 being cost of Shipment, commission and cost of changing the seat to leather. I initially refused this demand because my request was total cost of $15,000 to Lagos sea. I later, transferred the sum of $3,145 to Oakay Carplus Inc account on 14th February 2011. He also frustrated me by his refusal to ship the vehicle which he bought according to Carfax reports on 31st January 2011 until solid two months after i.e 30th March 2011. Therefore made me to incurred additional N6,000 daily taxi charge for 44 working days totaling N264,000:00 (Two hundred and sixty four thousand Naira only) equivalent to $1,692.31. All these were calculated attempt to cover the following deceptions and financial malpractices. Unfortunately, when I took delivery of the vehicle on 12th May, 2011 I notice some unusual noise; damaged shock absorber and brake failure
which prompted my curiosity and decided to seek for detail investigation and the reports from
