this company mis-represented themselves in several phone calls. They are trying to collect a debt from one of my relatives with the same last name. After being informed that that person does not live here, they have called indicating that they have a criminal investigation about my relative and that an officer from Santa Clara Sheriff department is coming to arrest me for being a partner in the misconduct. Two times they have intimidated me over the phone with the same procedure using different callers. After filing a complaint with the sheriff department of Santa Clara, now a year later they called threating me to call them within 24 hours or else. they indicated me that they are going to conduct a property and work search for me and my wife if I do not call them. They say that an officer, a process server will bring me some documents If I do not call. I file a compliant with the FTC "Federal trade Comission" and I hope more people do that, so they are charge by their criminal fraudulent collection practices.
