Signed up in December with Shane Dunn of Pro Business Credit. He claimed that he could get $25K for my business fairly quickly. Paid the money and nothing happened over a month now. I have e-mailed and called nothing. He keep saying he will have his credit people call or resolve the issue but nothing happened.
Notice he also has company selling SEO services called Vertical ROI which I doubt can do well. I suspect Mr. Dunn is a scam since he never does what he promises.
I have never seen an industry that is more than 95% scammers easily. All making promises which they have no intention of keep. He then put me on to another guy called Jon Reyes which seem to know nothing about credit actually and that was the final straw in the process for me.
In the end, I strongly believe that Shane Dunn and Probusiness Credit is a scam unless they can prove otherwise.

I process fro Mr Dunn, and handle hundreds of clients for this co. I am very surprised to see this post. His group handles many clients, and sometimes the program is not a good fit. The program is designed to build EIN credit and establish credit over a period of 6 months. If you were looking for business credit to happen within 30 days, then this is an unrealistic expectation. The lower price point service has been cancelled, it was simply way to much work for $150. And frankly, it was outsourced to another group, Jon reyes who did a fair job admittedly, but it was great for those who were low on cash. Its extremely unfair to bash a product, that was under $200 for the industry.
We encountered desperate people who were hoping that business credit would swiftly solve their personal problems, and when it was clear that work was involved, they complained, the only complaints were the $150 clients ironically.
The $2, 000 program is awesome, and has helped over 6k people in the last 4 years obtain massive credit. Sorry it did not work out, ifI new your name, I would certainly be happy to help out. The industry is not full of scammers, its really comes down to how much cash can you spend to get into a quality program, that will produce results. Vertical is an excellent SEO resource that was offered to build low cost websites that rank front page on Google. This allowed us to acheive more funding. Dunn is an expert in SEO, and this is the only reason he even has this service available. I watch them rank website in 14 days, something very few can do, just to set the record straight. I am biased, I am part of the RE team, and If I had read this post, I may have been a bit concerned, but Shane helped me get $175, 000 in low rate, I mean very low rate funds then we turned a deal in TX in 23 days.
Transactional funds. Made about $45, 000 right out of the gate. I am waiting for the next deal now, and I am in line with about 5 others.
These type of reports are often done by competitors, and Shanes team is the largest in the industry, so its no surprise anyway, so I have no problem defending this, and will send a copy to Shane, who I do business with now.
EIN funding is not the best route..takes to long. I had 805 FICO, and Dave, Todd, and the team set up funding in a matter of weeks, very simple.
My opinion, when dealing with alternative credit, its very tough to keep everyone happy. But in no way are they scammers, that is just plain absurd. Email Todd (unknown person) he is great. Shane is super busy, are rarely even around. |

I am wondering re Shane Dunn... i signed up and paid for some services, including inquiry removal... about 2 months ago..supposedly in 45 days i would get results.., and now he is not returning my calls or emails... if you know him, contact him, to see why he is not getting back to me. I am not bad mouthing him, but at is point I am concerned.
He'll know who i am.. I am in CA. |

| Shane dunn is a scam artist I gave him $1500 to help with my business line of credit and that was 4 months ago he won't return my calls and I've had to file a small claim for the refund he said he was going to give me if you have not given him any money don't hes a liar and a cheat |
