| NON Aproved charges to my Debit card, From a Closed account with them. |

I signed up for *1.00, was supposed to recieve a target gift card, Coupons, and a gift basket, No charges until after 30day trial. Well i Cancelled the NEXT day after being called every few minutes from their 3rd party contacts. So far I have NOT recieved anything but charges to my personal bank account of $19.98 every month since i cancelled so 4x $19.98= $79.92. Now i am curently NOT employed & have 3 children, so I dont know about anyone else (99%) but I could really use that money. I payed $79.92 for NOTHING! I haved called and emailed, Just finally was able to talk to a Human, Well if you can call it that. She CONFIRMED my account was closed through email, and i had a return email stateing they are sorry to see me go and that it was closed, She TELLS ME that it can only be closed over the PHONE...WTF? uhm then how is it that my account IS ALREADY CLOSED? so i told her i have never used the service never gone on website or anything else related, well what a surprise she kept trying to sell it to me so of course 20mins goes by of me constantly replying to her No No No i dont want you to reduce my fee, No No No I dont want any bonus NoNoNO I DO NOT WANT THE SERVICE NOT NOW NOT EVER EVEN IF IT WERE FREE, EVEN IF YOU PAID ME TO KEEP IT I WOULD NEVER SO PLEASE PLEASE STOP CHARGING me and return MY money! she decided to give me a fefund of $9.00 I said NO YOU ARE NOT, if your only giving 9.00 then I DO NOT EXCEPT it, do Not refund me that amount because i dont want it, I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK, so after arguing for aprox 45mins she said "mam i will so kindly offer a refund for THIS months charge of $19.98, Thats the best i can do", So now Im shaking im so angry, I told her that my lawer will be in contact with her and my bank will be going after the company for fraudjulent charges made, $month of charges on a account that was closed. I told her I WILL get ALL MY, even if that means they will be taking it from your pocket, I will fight to get my money even if is less then i will pay in laywer costs because what your doing is Wrong and i wont let you get away with it and move on to your next victim! That was it, then when i had called back to ask why it had been1hr and my "$19.98" That "shouldnt take longer than 15mins ma'am" had not been refunded to my acount, What a suprise TH NUMBER HAD BEEN DISCONECTED!!!! Its dispicable how they could just reach into my CLOSED pocket and take from Me, My children, MY FAMILY without 1oz of shame. I cant believe it, I hope this Helps someone out there, maybe prevent someone else from falling into the same trap!
(last know working # out of The 8 #'s i have for them is 1-800-3505003) Also the web address i finally found ( thediscountsavingsclub.com ) ( doesnt even have comanpy name in it, hmmm must be another easy way out, easy to hide maybe or they are just Idiots* i say both) |

| Is there a way for all the people that have been screwed by these criminals to do something? This cant be legal. I will pay out of pocket to get these *******. If are legal and allowed to do this then this country has problems. If they are even calling from this country I barley understood them! I got a whole story I am not in the mood to type it all out. I am calling my bank they told me I couldn't do anything until the charges when through and they were still pending when I was on the phone with them last. The crooks that we are discussing didn't even send me any confirmation to my email for any club. I should have realized that is was not right... I did. I just finally gave in with their harassment tactic of calling over and over. I know where I accidentally gave them my phone number to start this mess. I was going to craigslist and didn't notice that I spelled it " craigslis.com" (If that makes a link DO NOT GO THERE THIS IS HOW THEY GET YOU. After when rounds with you win this BS on the web browser I realized I was going in circles then and hit back until I noticed my error. I noticed but didn't realize the next time I would think of that I would know that was the very start of this awful situation. So they call say you win a gift card... I am like of. Maybe... Then when they wanted a credit card I told her it didn't feel right. I then hung up on the thief/criminal. She called me every 30 minutes until I finally answered. I kinda gave her a tiny bit of info that first mistake I made so she said she felt bad that I was worried and apologized. Finally talked me into getting the free gift and said it would only cost about $3 for the gift then I would be able to cancel and be done with it. I never even got a confirmation email from them or a way to access an account. Basically all I got from them was spam. NON STOP spam and bank withdrawals that I was promised I could avoid. Now my phone get calls ALL day, My email is almost nothing but spam. And after researching this reading stories like this and writing a story like this. I am really really angry right now. I wish I could find these people do something about them. I am instructed to call my bank around now which I will do after this. My plan. I am going to change all my banking information completely. I do not trust anything that I have been on that they were linked to. I will get a new phone and basically I feel like I really screwed up. I fell really stupid. I do not fell I deserve to be robbed. I work hard for my money. If I found these people it would not be to my benefit as in my eyes there is nothing worse or lower than thieves like these. They deserve harsh punishment. I wish my country could do this right for us. I hope they do something. Something NEEDS to be done. Any lawyers out there that are going after them? I don't trust paying in electronic form but I want to be a part of a class action suit or something against these people. Like I said. I want to bring these people down. Ok. I need to call my bank and see what they can do for me. |
