| I discovered automatic monthly debits in the amount of $14.95 against my credit card and have no idea why. The only information on my statement is AMO Smart Saver Rewards. When searching the Internet, I came across your web-site allowing me to file a complaint. If I knew who the company was, I would contact the company. But, as it is, I am being charged a monthly fee for something that I not only receive no benefit, but I don't even know who or what is supposed to supply the benefit, or what the benefit should be. |

I called this number and he didn't want to give me my money back. I kept at it. They had charged me 89 something over a 6 month period. Finally, he said they will refund all of it. They got my stuff from Linen Source so watch out for them. I certainly never signed up for this.

| I TOO HAVE BEEN HAVING 1.95 FOR THE 1ST MONTH AND 14. 95 HELD OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCT FOR A YEAR. I FINALLY REALIZED IT WAS NOT SOMETHING I HAD ORDERED WITH MY DEBIT CARD AND GOT TO CHECKING MY BANK ACCOUNT AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT OR WHO IT WAS. LIKE OTHERS ON HERE I DECIDED TO LOOK IT UP ON INTERNET AND FOUND OUT A LOT OF OTHERS HAVE BEEN SCAMMED ALSO. I WILL BE CALLING THEM AND GETTING THIS STRAIGHTENED OUT AND I AM HOPING TO GET MY (OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS) BACK ALSO. I ALSO HAVE ORDERED FROM OLD PUEBLO TRADERS. IT IS A SCAM. JUST THINK HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY ARE DOING THIS TO. I SURE DON'T REMEMBER SIGNING UP FOR ANYTHING LIKE THIS. I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST IN GETTING THIS TAKEN CARE OF TOO. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. |

| I called the number on my bank acct. a few minutes ago and talked to a man at AMO. I have a hard time hearing on the phone so my husband popped in and told the man I didn't order what ever he had on there and that was a scam and he wanted our money refunded and the man said he would refund it as soon as it could show up into my bank acct. I urge everyone to try to get your money back and then go to your bank and ask that they put a stop payment on AMO SMART SAVERS REWARD... the phone number is 1 866 697 8655. |

This is the biggest scam in the world!!! They get you to sign up when you make a purchase online, but are not forthcoming about the fact that they charge you $14.95 every month for absolutely NOTHING!!! They claim to have discounts on hotels, shopping and other things, but do you ever see an offer from them? No! The only thing you ever see is a $14.95 charge on your credit card.
This company is nothing but a HUGE SCAM!!! SPREAD THE WORD!!! |

| I see a charge on my credit card for $14.95 and I have tried two numbers - 1-866-679-8655 (constant busy signal) and 1-866-679-8550 (Not on service). I have no idea of what this charge is for. I am going to tell my credit card company to refuse payment. |
