| American Recovery Services Inc. / Skipbusters Investigator Brown Manipulating Liars, False Threats, Accusations, Assumptions, and Illegal Logging Into |

| I was contacted by "Investigator" Brown in February, March, and now today April 6, 2011, with him throwing threats out of his mouth left and right. As far as I could get into my own investigation is to find out that he works for American Recovery Services Inc. This is a repossesion company and nothing more. I have been literally threatened to be turned into my "PAROLE" officer, in which I don't have and never did have!! He has gone to extremes to tell others that I would go back to prison where I have never been!! He has called my family members and proceeded to tell them that my website accounts were not very nice. I pulled up my accounts to see that he had signed into them and lied to everyone about my accounts. He proceeded to tell me that he knows I don't pay my bills and he knows this for a fact. There isn't anyone in todays economy that can pay their bills while unemployed!!! Everyone knows how hard it is today to find a job in which I have been seeking employment for almost a solid year. I also contacted Harley-Davidson and told them if they pulled him off the case I would tell them where the motorcycle was!! They in return pulled him off the case and I contacted someone else and told him exactly where my bike was!! Today, I got another phone call from "Investigator" Brown telling me that I lied and the motorcycle was not there. I under no circumstances lied about the whereabouts of the motorcycle!! He also threatened my mother to call the apartments where she lived, and cause problems for her!! I am fed up with his accusations and him trying to push me around!! I will not tolerate anyone to try to cohearse me into telling them any information!! There is a lot more information I have written down. Something needs to be done with this company, as they lie to everyone and try and make them believe the lies and upset others. |

You're the liar and a thief. Your accusations about American Recovery Service are not supported by any proof. You’re mad simply because you got caught on your motorcycle you weren’t paying for. The right thing to do would be to immediately surrender the bike back to the finance company if you couldn’t afford it, not wait until the repo man is looking for you. You and others like you are the main reason why this economy suffers. People buy vehicles they cannot afford on credit they don’t have and then go into hiding with the unit thinking they can escape. When they are caught and “called out” they turn the table very quickly by putting their own spin on very erroneous accusations that lead the public into false conclusions. You said:

You admit to concealing the motorcycle in this statement, keeping it hostage if Harley doesn’t comply with your demands. I rest my case moron! And let this be a lesson to the rest of you terrorist! We will find you…. |
