Don't trust this guy.
He rented me the apartment. Days before we were to take possession he contacted me and said that he had to return the money as he had rented the place out to some people that trashed the apartment and the owners canceled his lease. He is a pro. He promised to return the money, got all the bank information and then - he was traveling - moving to California - anywhere but not in Miami. OF course I believed him - that it was not his fault, that he was an honest guy etc. etc. He is not. He is a crook. His company is probably not legitimate - the address in San Diego is for a temporary short term office space rental. He only has an 800 number so he is trying to hide his location. Of course he has not returned my calls. He should be ashamed of himself and he should look over his shoulder because what goes around comes around. The last guy I know that went around scamming people finally killed himself because his life became so disgusting. His friends finally figured out what a dirt bag he was and dropped him. At the end of the day do you want to be remembered for being a liar and cheat or as a man with integrity, Adam? Does your mother know you are a crook? will your kids grow up to despise you? Or will they follow in your footsteps and become a social outcasts? You are not a great role model, are you? |

That same Adam Cohen has been scamming people via his real estate "business" for years now and you can see more cases on ripoffreport.com and complaintsboard.com. Please contact me at [email protected] to exchange information on him as I'm building a criminal case against him to throw him in jail. |

I have adams bank account number and full name, and miami phone number, he tried scamming me as well. File a police report, contact the fbi ( wire fraud ), and contact internet crimes division.
Let me know on this site if you gained any ground on this and show the police his license that will defnitely help! |
