HARRIS HOLDINGS LTD ALL SHARES IN YOUR NAME We took a little trip to Northway House this week.
the usual security was missing?
Thats because they are on Creditors list. One man manning the now vastly reduced reception desk,
its little more than a counter ,gone are the ladies who used to
man this area with three or four mobile phones. Of course BT and numerous Telecom companies are also the
said list. Being signed in by an existing tenant
we were free to wander at will.And wander we did?. The building was quiet and we wondered what was missing.
It was the man himself not rushing though the building
roaring like a demented bull with Ian and Stephanie all three
with earpieces clamped to their heads . The building had the calm air of a church. Many floors are locked and empty there were no sign
of any of the main players No Aaron. No Ian. No Stephanie.
No yogesh and no Sandeep?
If any of the remaining minions were in the building
they were hiding in cupboards. No Phones rang Zorro Law was deserted apart
from the remaining tenants it was a ghost town. Coffee & Tease had one lady drinking bottled water.
All other signs of life were gone. A huge poster on the entrance door advertised the

Moved from 16 upper Woburn place to the third floor
Northway House the floor was empty. In January Meade Plc entered a petition at the high
court to wind up a company called Bliss UK in connection
with this college thats what you call cheek. While Money had been spent on this building over the
years it was clearly spent in all the wrong places, The common parts were shabby, the toilets dirty,unkept
and badly need updating the walls all drab, carpets cheap and worn
all the windows look in a dangerous condition
(a few have already fallen out in the past ). CAR PARK. Now the home of old abandoned trailers we counted fourteen
in total apart from three they are completely stripped
out of all fittings a few lying on their sides and one in bits
in a huge pile of rubbish topped off with
B&Q blue carpet tiles. There are three trailers still in use in the car park
linked together to form some kind of mobile clinic
for Bodycare International a board sits outside
with a large notice stating FOUND THIS WEEK .
It lists four conditions from kidney complaints
to serious heart conditions. Tongue in cheek on of the team made an inquiry
to the lone member of staff manning this so called clinic.
After asking a few questions as to who the company was
and for testimonials and prices.
They were assured this was a stand alone company and not
connected to Meade Plc. The health check was declined. From repeated accounts posted over the years we know
that Meade plc paid the wages for anyone who ever
worked in that building regardless of whatever company
they represented. As Meade Plc is in liquidation
and have listed assets of Nil if there is anyone still on the payroll
the end of this month will see them out of pocket. Unless the liquidators Leigh Adams LLP
can find enough money to pay them. Apart from the actual building and the land it stands on
there are few pickings to be had. As Lloyds Tsb bank
are owed 12.7 million, guess ?Who now owns the
building. Customs and revenue want 2.2 million under fraud
for corporation tax ( read money laundering) paye and more?. Are there any asstets remaining?? The computer equipment was hobbled together by staff,
machinery used for glasses was old and unsafe.
The frames imported from China are fake designer
copies but might fetch a few pounds in some car boot sale. As evidence has shown over 200 million dollars was scammed
from payday loans in the USA but of course there
were huge pay offs to complicit partners , the cost and wages
of call centres and legal costs and fines . There was still millions left Aaron spent around 7 million
on the film 3 and out a total flop every penny lost. He spent further million on untold numbers of properties
in spain at the very top of the property boom. He kept spending on all the trailers he built , although
he convinced himself he was doing it on the cheap by
building them at the rear of Northway House using cheap
labour ( cash in hand) but deducting tax and insurance
that was never passed on. He wasted money like it was going out of fashion but
we know he has enough stashed offshore to keep the
wolf from the door and also allow his revered father Ivor
to see out his remaining days in comfort. So thats the state of play the building quiet, the car park
once full now the home of decaying trailers. The liquidators as many before them left to clear up the mess
left behingd by Aaron Gershfield . Ivor Gershfield .
Ian Harries. Aided and abetted by Stephanie Kleyman
and Yogesh Bafna. All the other bit players got nothing except their
five minutes in the sun, and will end up out of pocket like
all the laid of staff. As Aaron and Ian ride off into the sunset they should
remember the posse is right behind them. |
