I chose these movers because they seemed incredibly helpful and attentive prior to my belongings getting on the truck. I did my research and knew they would charge me more than I was quoted. I was prepared for that. I saw the complaints on the BBB site and others. I was not prepared for their incredible lack of professionalism.
As this was a cross-country move, I knew it would take some time. I was told by 777 that unlike the other companies, they work fast and would guarantee my belongings sooner than the rest. Unfortunately, they didn't load my truck onto the bigger truck until a week after they picked up my stuff, despite telling me the contrary. I was told I would get daily updates on the location of the truck as well as ETA for my delivery. I received neither of those. On the road, the driver claimed he blew two tires, then four tires, then five, then claimed he had a mechanical problem with his truck on Wednesday. I was later informed dispatch knew of this that Saturday before. A replacement truck was supposed to be sent out that Thursday. It wasn't until the following Saturday. I was also told by dispatch the location of the driver but after speaking to the driver, found he was in a totally different state. A two week job has turned into a month delivery. I just feel that I have been lied to and taken advantage of on every level. On top of that, they offered a very minimal deduction and I still haven't gotten my belongings.
Please do NOT use them.
