They are fraud with pay-pal and there company also

I got a full refund on 25 Jan then they took all back. The whole company is rip off. Total Fraud even with PAY-PAL also I was told today. That I have a dress still Pay-Pal all this time people there company told me I didn't have a another dress they lied to me all this time. I think that company need to be straight up. Or take out Pay-Pay out. I know I want my money back sign up I know it cost me 40.00 buck with. Plus they want me send the dress back to them. I am not going to send the dress back until I get my money back. They are going send me a check with my address straight to my home address with my name on zip code. This is the only way I am going to do it. They need to take that Pay-pal out. That is rip off people all together. Told fraud. Anything that has that I won't sign on up on it period. I know how that mess people up pretty bad. That how they can charge more money on other people on 2 double the price when you didn't charge the people. It is rip off. That is a total Fraud on credit. To me that not right. You are rip off people that not right for any body who doesn't have the money. To me I think you need to get take that Pay pal off all the web sites. Been honest. You haven't been honest with me. You have try to keep all the money from me. It back fired. Because you lost you know that when people ask you stop lie to the person. when some one tell you don't want the you should been honest in the first place. You never learn. I guess learn the hard way. Plus you need to pay me a full refund of total 295.95 total. how you told me today there a dress in pay-pal acct. You told me this on the phone. I don't have Pay-pay acct no more. You need to learn how you mess up people you have mess up really bad. when you cant learn you lose when have bad customer service.. You need to have people don't help. Plus I found your phone number on your website 1-888-221-1161/1-888-204-4481. you need to help people then been rude to them. that why I take care of your company.
