Like another person who has reported a similar case, but his was to Youth Nutrition BodyScience LLC, Los Angeles,CA(ie virtually the same address as mine) I was ripped off to the tune of 65.28 ($99.95) for goods advertised as free except for $4.65 (3.04). Both 65.28 and 3.04 had been debited from my account on the same day, 14th December 2010. When I went on-line to check my bank balance I noticed this and informed my bank who advised I contact the company and ask for clarification as to what the extra cost was for. I have proof that there should not have been any charge except for 3.04 as I have kept the e-mail which indicatesbilling/shipping/reference number and cost:

This week I have also received notification from my bank that another overseas transaction has been taken from my bank account so I have notified the bank that I have not authorised any further transactions.

I have tried to e-mail the company usingthe 'Reply' function; blocking and copying their e-mail address and sending my e-mail to it;and also I've gone in on the site and used 'contact us'. On each occasion my e-mail has been returned by Daemonas 'host unknown' or words to that effect. I cannot find a full address to write to and the phone number I called did not seem to exist. (I have lived in the US previously so I do not think ti was that I mis-dialled by using a wrong area and country code).

I think that the powdered berry extract capsules, which I received shortly before Christmas actually came from Ireland rather than the US but unfortunately I cannot now find the outer packaging as it must have got thrown out with the Christmas wrapping paper etc when my family were visiting.

I only wanted the trial pack basically as it offered other health benefits, and as although I am not overweight (UK size 10-12) like most people I over indulge round Christmas parties etc andjust wanted a helping hand for that period.

Now I want my money reimbursing and I want an apology and to know that no further money will be taken from my account.

I had almost $200 taken off my credit card. Was only supposed to be $6.95 for S/H. I just received the package yesterday. Came on-line to see if I can find any contact info to get my money re-imbursed.

Very similar has happened to me. Visa has told me to email them and tell them I don't want them taking any more more and to copy the letter. If they take more off my visa after that Visa will look after it. Unfortunately I can't find an e-mail for them.

That is exactly what has happened to me
I went on a link that was at side of my facebook page about jessica losing 42lbs in 4 weeks and thought that sounds good
They took my name and address email then next page was for billing details £2.95 p&p and because i wanted the acai reduce and cleanse aware i had to fill out details twice for a 30day free trial of pills ...
Somewere along the way i must have ticked the terms and conditions not realising... 5days later i get the pills
I got an email the following for each of these products to open a link to start this diet tracker but thought i wont do that as i like to follow my own diet... But unbeknown to me ... I was then charged 5 days after pills came $199.99 for each pills english money was £126.25 for each... Well i nearlly died with shock that they did this as i thought it was £2.95 for shipping costs ... I rang my bank n they could not do a thing because i ticked t&ts
I had the telephone number for america and kept ringing all morning and it was an answer machine saying offices were closed... Finally got through at 2pm... A very rude man was of no help at all saying that i should have read t&ts that it was only a 3day trial of the diet planner but i tried to explain i didnt want to follow that as i was doing my own diet but he wasnt having any of it plus my pills came 5 days after i ordered so how can i do a diet plan without pills!?!?!?
He offered me 25% bk but i refused i wanted all back but wouldnt give me it... So after screaming it was a scam n more obscenities i slammed phone... I couldnt sleep that night trying to figure a way of telling my husband what i did???
The next day i decided to take a different approach so at 2pm i rang again this time a young man came on... I put on a sob story that i was depressed that i was overweight due to just aving a baby and i didnt read t&ts properly and cried to him and he fully refunded my money and also terminated my subscription and gave me two sets of sixdigit numbers of the refunded money and it would be in my bank within 5 days
I told my hubby that nite well he went stircrazy and demanded to talk to them so i rang america again and a lady spoke to and verified the refunded but give me another set of sixdigit numbers strange i thought... My money arrived back in bank and i thought good riddance to a bad mistake only to find when on internet banking yesterday they had taken out another two payments of £62 each well i felt sick i rang my bank as this time i didnt authorise it... They couldnt help me again... I got in touch with trading standards this time and they are now on their case!!! I rang america at 3pm and they said it was a billing error on the system that he could see so if i never got in touch would they have refunded me or just took the money??? He refunded me again giving me two six digit numbers of the refund and again have to wait 3-5 days before going into bank!!! I asked why this happened when i cancelled myself off the subscription and he plainly told me they keep your files for a year!!! So could this happen again and again??? Well it wontbecause as soon as i get my money in bank the card is to be cancelled... What an absolute knitemare this has been ... How many thousands as this happened to and theyve kept quiet well no more im going to the media with this as i will NOT be a mug anymore!!!

hello i am in the same way i have ordered the same Acai Reduce and Colon cleanse om the first week of may i have received my free bottles and that was it i have tried calling email and all i get is thay are haveing teleological difficulty both on phone and email i have been trying for over 2 weeks now and geting the same thing thay have took over 200, 00 out of my visa i need help what can i do this is BS what can be done .
