wwepresales.com Continues to SELL presale passwords AFTER presales are EXPIRED! Internet |

On April 9, 2011 in the early morning I was planning on purchasing tickets to a WWE event for my son that was coming to the area in June. Tickets did not go on sale until later that afternoon and I had to be somewhere without internet access. I found the website which offered a presale password for $3.99. I figured for a couple extra dollars I would purchase the password, order my tickets, then not have to worry about them possibly being sold out of tickets when I returned home later in the evening. I made the purchase using my paypal account, registered on thei website as instructed, and did everything I was told to do in order to retireve my password I just paid for. When I returned back to the site the box where the password should have been displayed was blank. I tried to research this further and then saw the presale of the tickets for this event ENDED the day before. I immediatly clicked on the contact us section only to come up with a generic gmail password- , no phone number, no names, no address, NOTHING! Nothing showing this website is a legitimate business. I then filed a claim with paypal who I had used to pay for an expired passwsord which I never recieved. Paypal took it from there opening up a dispute case. 10 days later I received notification that my $3.99 had been refunded by wwepresales.com. along with a "nasty" message from them saying: Qoute- "ALL passwords are on the site. It is YOUR fault that you purchased a password for a presale that had already expired. Do your research next time BEFORE making a purchase." I am disgusted these people had the nerve to speak to me in such a way, acting as if it is perfectly OK for them to sell passwords that are expired. They made me sound like I was in the wrong and told me I should have done research before purchasing from them. Really? Any reputable company you shouldnt have to extensivly research! You should trust that their products are GOOD! wwepresales.com is a shady, NOT trustworthy site. The answer to this should be that once something is EXPIRED to take it OFF SALE...not continue to sell expired goods! |
