FORCE GROUP NETWORK is whole operations is scam!!
THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS AS A FRAUD. I purchased a "Lifetime Vacation Rental Advertising membership" with a "money back guaranteed " advertising package for $495.00 on December 8, 2009 for a PalomarMountainCabin.com I was told by the manager that I had nothing to lose since it was a money back guarantee. Please go to the website and see I did not receive one legitimate VACATION rental inquiry from this service and so requested a full refund. There was one or 2 illegitimate inquiries from a posting they made on Craigslist offering discounts that I never approved - then they would forward me info as if it had come through their website. I got a call from one of the renters asking me how I got her number and to please stop harrassing her. She was looking for permanent housing 50 miles away from Palomar Mountain on Palomar Road!! Who else would make
a mistake like this except an out of town poster? WHEN I PUT IN FOR A REFUND, they first told me I was too early to apply then after the anniversary date told me I was too late, that that I did not read the terms of the guarantee supposedly on their web site -- which can be found at http://www.forcegroupnetwork.com/guarantee.php... no mention other conditions. Be wary of phone calls from a company called The Force Group Network or
The Force Travel ... they appear to be using the same tactics in the US
as they do in the UK.

I never received one phone call or e-mail, nothing! The accidentally called me again today not realizing that I signed up with them two years ago because I had changed my telephone number 6 months ago. I told them that I wanted my $700 back because I never received any guaranteed bookings, Christel, "the supervisor" started back tracking and talking over me very fast. She then told me the reason I didn't receive any
calls was because I changed my number, I said that was just 6 months ago, what about the last two years, my number was the same one you supossedly listed. She then said that there is no way of me knowing who I had received phone calls from her company because" There is NO rhyme or reason why anyone would tell me that they saw my add listed on their site!" I told her that I always ask my callers what site they saw my home on because I list with 4 different sites and I want to renew with the companies that bring me business. My brother is a chief of Police in Florida, My sister's husband is a captain and my nephew is also a police officer so I trusted that this site was leggite. It is a scam.
They are using the Police departments as a "trusting source" and just taking people's money. I am going to hire an attorney and get my money back because there is so much fraud going on and to use the police, the people who we need to trust against people frauding us is terrible. Anyone that wants to go
against them with a class action lawsuit please let me know. |
