Please explain further...you purchased or they purchased..was the product fake..did they actually deliver..how did you pay and did you lose any funds?

My company, Wholesale Server Components, Inc., ordered what was represented as genuine HP server memory from World Super Star Co., Ltd., located in Beijing China (the fraudulent company that posted the false report above). We LOST USD $76, 500 when the memory they shipped didn't fuction when installed in an HP server. HP Global Security then determine the product was in fact COUNTERFEIT. They would not accept responsibility nor refund our money OR want the goods returned. We reported this company to Interpol- Indonesia and France, and have an attorney in China pursuing them to get our money back and put them out of business. Below is an email excerpt (to Brian Wesley) from our litany of panic emails when the problem was first discovered:

Brian,
My customer who purchased the 300 – memory kits from you has now reported that NONE of the 300 memory kits (600 modules) function when installed in HP servers. They are installing 32 modules per server (128GB Total) into each server and when they install any pair of two modules from your two shipments, the server stops functioning. When they remove your memory modules and install memory modules from an authorized HP distributor here in the US, the server works without any problem whatsoever. It is abundantly clear that not one of your memory kits work when installed in an HP server.
I told them that if they are an HP partner, they are required to immediately report to HP ANY report of sigificant product malfunction and HP would immediately replace them anywhere in the world. Their reply was only to deny they didn't work, not accept the product to be returned or replaced, and finally, they would not refund our money.
In closing, World Super Star Co., Ltd posted the warning above to try an foul readers into believing we were the perpetrator of a scam when in fact, they outright stole a significant amount of money from us. We have the HP lab report on their product (their counterfeit product) if you question our position. I can be reached using the email addrss above.
