On 2-11-2011 I purchased a New Unlocked Motorola RAZR V3 AT&T T-Mobile Cell Phone from Waysale for $76.25. My credit card was billed on 2-12-2011 for $76.38. Dont know why the $0.13 difference. Their website did not say that the Cell Phone would be coming from China and that there would be a waiting period. They did send me a tracking number on 2-27-2011 after being asked a few times when my cell phone would be shipped. That is when I found out it was coming from China. I understand that most all cell phones are made in China but their website gave me the impression that the phones were in stock. The cell phone arrived on 3-5-2011. I started noticing problems with the phone on 3-7-2011. A lot of the people I talk to using this phone cannot hear me that well and keep telling me they can hardly hear me and that the connection is breaking up. The battery was fully charged. I took the battery and SIM card out and put it back in my old phone and the old phone works a lot better than this new phone that I just purchased from Waysale. On 3-10-2011 I sent an e-mail to Waysale explaining the problems with the phone, and that I wanted to send the phone and everything that came with it back for a complete refund. I sent another e-mail to them on 3-11-2011. They replied back with an e-mail telling me to do the following in these exact words: Three methods: 1.change a contextual model . 2. adjust the side chain of V3 3. adjust the voice in the setting of your phone. There was no name of a person who sent the e-mail. I have no idea what they are talking about, the phone did not come with an owners manual and I have never had to do any changes or adjustments to any of the other cell phones that I have owned in the past. I replied back with another e-mail stating that I want to return the phone and have not heard back from them since.

I too believe waysale are a fraud and how could I be so stupid to buy Microsoft Office Professional 2010 I continue to contact them to give me a return authorization authority and the address as there policy states they would return and refund on faulty goods. They continue to delay the complaint and to action it all they keep saying is we are trying to get to the bottom of it and the will try to help. If they were professional microsoft dealers as the state they would never have these problems in the first place actually its really my problem. I am warning anyone considering buying microsoft office from them DONT you wont get what you want but a dodgy disc and product key with a licensed Non Commercial Use wich dosnt statr this in there advertising.Please you are warned DO NOT BUY FROM THEM |
