Saw an ad for this and checked it out. Too bad I didn't look on scam Report.com. Was charged $75.00 for "credits". Credits that can expire? Money doesn't, why does this? Called "customer service", on hold for over 10 minutes. Then was told money was non-refundable! Why? No service provided, didn't wish to join their stupid little club. If I join a club, and have never used the "service", then why isn't a refund available? They have a comparison between them and Ebay. What they don't show is how Ebay is free and you have to pay to buy items on their site. After reading the others reports here, I see this "company" continues to violate federal trade practices. No merchandise being shipped, no conflict resolution, just taking people's hard earned cash and acting like they are not responsible. They told me that I checked the "I agree to the terms" and that I was not going to get a refund. I told them that professional athletes physically sign multi-million dollar contracts, and then hold out for more money, not agreeing to the terms and still are not held to the previous legal piece of paper. Once I told them I was waiting on a call back from an agent from the Federal Trade Commission, I was told I would get a $37.50 (half) refund. I told them NO, and wanted and expected full refund. They say they now will, but I will monitor my credit card company in the next few days to ensure this "resolution". Everyone should beware and not sign up and get these thieves out of business!!
