Wartena's Chihuahuas Her daughter dropped my puppy in the airport garage and broke her leg. She offered to pay, but when asked to do so, she refused.

Jennifer Wartena is a thief and sells puppies with broken legs. I arranged to fly home out of Sacramento, where she and her daughter met me at the airport. The daughter had the dog in her arms and dropped the puppy. They left and I was not allowed to board because the crate she brought me (and I told her the airport guidelines) did not fit under the seat and they made me get off the plane. That was the last flight of the evening and I had to wait until 8 am for the next flight out. The dog was crying so much that when I landed, I immediately took her to the vet in LasVegas and they took x-rays and the poor puppy had a broken leg. The cast, etc., cost $850. Jen said she would pay since it was her daughter's fault. It has now been 4 years and everytime I talk to her it is another lying story about how she has to check her books, meet with her accountant, etc, etc. She is disreputable and a cheat. Any breeder who sells a puppy with a broken leg and won't pay medical expenses should not be in business. Or maybe her daughter could spend the night in the airport with a broken leg. ..........haha! wishful thinking
