I have been a client of Mr. Joe Machado or Jose Fernando Garcia Machado whom is working for the VOCSERV Injured Workers Advisory Program since my claim has been in his team hand since 2000 (now 13 years вЂ“ almost); and there are no communication between himself and myself. I am not alone in these matters as there is a group on the internet whom have been complaining about this, and filing claims against him. I have given or deposited over $800.00 in his hand; and he has not done one thing with my WSIB-CSPAAT claims (remains dormant or closed). I have re-opened them; and they are being handled (or will be). This is very sad that In the Province of Ontario such practices are being let or given free reign without any repercussions because they solely practice law. Does not make sense at all to me, and the other. Please, provide me with the process that I need to do in getting this escalated.
