Before my first shipment was made this company sent an email about a special. Clicked on the email to read about the special and it opened to the web page for the special. There was a pull down for the different packages and a submit to reserve button. I closed the window from the windows "x" in the upper right hand corner. Did not place an order nor reserved the wine. Several hours later I received an email confirming shipment of the wine that I never ordered. This company does very shady business. If they were a store in the mall they would be charging your account for any item you even looked at. There web pages are full of traps and you will be receiving items you never ordered. I have contacted American Airlines as they had sent me an email promoting this shady business. To all consumers DO NOT JOIN any of their clubs. I wished I had checked out Ripoff Report before joining. |

Vinesse has not, does not, and will not process orders or shipments that have not been requested or otherwise submitted via an affirmative action initiated by a customer. This applies to ALL online orders, including our club enrollments, wine shop orders, and sampler orders.
We regret any circumstance that may have appeared otherwise or caused undue confusion. Our websites and ordering pages are not designed to do anything but clearly present and communicate offers, and provide simple and convenient ordering mechanisms for our customers.
We greatly value our customers, and although we make every effort to clearly communicate our terms and conditions, including our ordering and cancellations processes, unfortunately at times we recognize that there may be misunderstandings. When those situations arise, we make every effort to promptly rectify any issues and arrive at mutually satisfactory resolutions for our customers.
Sincerely,
The Vinesse Team
