i would like to write a complaint about rever cinemas. me and my grandmother went today at 3:15 tosee "the help" it was a great movie and nothing was wrong with the showing. but i brought a 20 because it was suposed to be an 8 dollar matenee and she is a senior so i would also get the senior discount for her ticket. when getting to the ticket sales desk she told us it would be 25 dollars for 2 tickets and told us the movie and time we chose was showing only in the directors hall and thats why we payed so much. i went on the website at 1:30 ish that day to chekc times and chose 3:15 on the site because there was no recignition of the directors hall part of the movie. so after paying the extra money she tells us we have to p[ick our seats ahead of time because it would be packed. we picked a seat near the exit thinking it would be packed i didnt want my grandmother in danger. when we get to the theather it was backwards to the diagram we saw so we were all the way in the back. i asked if we could switch and the lady said no. i accepted that answer thinking the seats were reserved. by the time the movie started there was about 10 others in the theather and the seats i wanted to switch were empty. i kept calm unbtil the end of the movie.me and my grandmother were both NOT pleased.
