First I drive a BIG TRUCK, as in SEMI, as in BIG TRAILER 18 Wheeler attached. My Interent card was working in the am, I tried putting Verizon Card on my secondary computor. I run a business. In doing so I put my card back on the Primary computor and It didnt work at all. Kept saying ERROR 691, which means my login name and passowrd arent matching with corporate. I called what I thought was a tech, she took me through changing the password, deleting the whole thing, and checking sid and other stuff I know nothing about. This took two hours thanksgiving eve. So about 4 pm she advised me to take a short hop in my big ass truck to the busiest shopping area in El Paso, up the 375 to Zaragosa BlvdI told her she has no idea what she is asking me to do. This was the location of the Verizon store she called, they were to exchange my card for a new one. No Problem, WRONG. I finally get over in that neighborhood and there is no place to park this big ass truck. I pull it behind the Walmart and hope and pray while I'm inside having them make sure my computor is hooking up to the interent, I dont get Towed. I get there out of breathe from having to walk so far with both computors, about ready to fall on my face. I get inside suppose to see someone named Evon, shes there, good. But she cant help because they dont carry my card for exchange, she wants to Sell me something else. Another Tech comes around the corner as I'm getting ready to throw away my card and tell Verizon where to go, he starts working on it. Nothing. He calls another tech on the phone, nothing. Then I'm told they are sorry but now I have to pay for a service I just started 11/04/11, it is now 11/23/11 and the stupid thing doesnt work. After all this I come back to the truck stop and try one more time to connect, nothing. I call Verizon explain the situation and get an, oh well attitude from this lady named Linda. I told her to turn it off, she said something about a FEE and I said I wan't ever going to pay. something else was mentioned about my credit. For what 50 Bucks. Go to H_ _ _. Verizon and Sprint they are all trying to rip us off. Unemployed magazine and car salespeople. Gosh I hate you so much. Happy Thanksgiving
