Vacation Play Most Horrible Vacation We've ever taken Internet

I got a phone call from these people on Friday. We were in the process of moving so I didn't have time to talk to them. They were offering another vacation. We took one of their so-called all inclusive vacations earlier this year to Hilton Head. We were supposed to have a suite, we got a motel room that didn't even have a microwave or refrigerator...horrible....full bed, not king size. We were promised meals, which we had to fight to get, they were even worse. We ended up spending a lot of money out of our pocket that we were not supposed to have to spend. It was a miserable trip.

They should not be allowed to scam people like this with their so-called vacations.

We were supposed to get gifts for taking their 90 minute tour. We got back and went to the desk to turn in our paperwork and they told us we get nothing. Very disappointed in these deceptions.

When the trip was planned, the confirmation was different from what was advertised on TV. They said that wasn't what was offered. We have it on a DVD. My husband tapes the IMUS in the Morning program everyday and that is where it was advertised. We have the offer on DVD.

Agreed!! Such a horrible company, were promised a "luxury room" and received little better than a cheap motel.

Was promised vouchers and coupons and received them, but to the surprise of all of the vendors that this company had supposedly received them from - the restaurants, kayak companies, etc etc.. told me they had never even heard of "Vacation Play" much less have any type of promotion with them.

Don't waste your money on this dirty, scamming company, we were out of pockets $100s of dollars more than we were promised and still had to sit through their stupid 90min promotion too

It sounds like what VacationPlay is doing is not only awful but illegal too. If you have the recording on tape, why not find a lawyer and file a class-action? Seems to me a lot of people have gotten scammed by VacationPlay
