Did not pay me for my hors of work

I worked for Tim Young for two months and he has not paid me the remaining two weeks. He has not answered his pone and the business line just says leave a message. I started to inquire about false misrepresenting of the company and was told I was wrong by him. He has people that work for him state this is medicare approved an it is medicare benefits thru Aetna. . He does not show up at work and has people waiting for him. Elaine, one of the other workers in the office knows this and has known all along. Cant believe I put up with this and just found out yesterday what a scammer Tim Young is. I have filed a police report and if anyone wants his business address it is 6780 Miramar Rd. Suite 203, San Diego, Ca. 92121. 85-414-0259. He lives in La Jolla, Ca.
