After several days of no communication, I called their customer service number and they said the main item (parka) would not be shipped for several weeks, and they could not give me an ETA.

A few days later, I decided I did not to wait an unknown amount of time for this merchandise and called to cancel it. I was told it would be forwarded to their refunds department. After waiting over a week there was no refund posted to my PayPal account.

I called twice and emailed them 3 times. The third time, I CCed my request to their sales VP. Finally, I got a response from him and the matter was resolved.

I have dealt with many companies buying merchandise online and I rate these people 1/4 stars. My request for an order cancellation and refund should have been processed the first time I called.

I would avoid this company and try to find the item you want elsewhere.
