US MONEY RESERVE United States Rare Coin & Bullion Reserve Explotation, False Advertising, Austin , Texas

This company in my opinion based upon my investigative study on this company and a through search of court records in the United States on the state level and federal level seem to preys on the elderly population. A recent independent investigative study reveals this company seems to use very carefully though out deceptive marketing practices to get individuals to call for their product i.e. precious metals type coins gold, silver or platinum. However the prices that they charge for their product is well over the normal value of the products they sell. Example = 2009 Gold Proof Buffalo Coin graded PF-70 by PCGS this coin is sold by this company for $3900.00 for each coin. However if you do some basic research you will find that the coin can be resold by a victim of this company for about $1600 to $1750, thereby having an out rageous mark up of $2150 per coin. A review of their other products sold by this company seem to reveal the same pattern. A review of the Coin Dealer newsletter ( the bible used by delaers when they buy and sell from the public) will reflect our above investigative study to be correct. Further, a recent study of two prior customers of this company in the state of Florida reveal that this company targets the elderly population and has a practice of slamming their credit cards with out rageous over priced product. A further review of court filings indicate that if this company is sued by any of their victims they quickly settle the case so ( in our opinion) their pattern of explotation of the elderly population is not exposed and their out rageous pricing and deceptive marketing practices can continue. A recent independent investigatice review of products sold by this company to a victim here in Florida ( a elderly woman who is 85 years old) reveals U.S. Money Reserve d/b/a that United States Rare Gold & Bullion Reserve charged over $125,000.00 for bullion coins sold to her that were recently appraised to be worth only about $45,000 if she sold them today therefore giving an outrageous profit of over $80.000 to U.S. Money Reserve d/b/a United States Rare Coin & Bullion Reserve. The company in my opinion based upon the evidence in my possession and my independent investigative study used marketing tactics that were intended to scare vulnerable elderly individuals to deprive them of their savings and assets and get them to purchase products from this company at outrageous prices. A further review of this company reveals that there have been numerous complaints filed with the local Better Business Bureau complaining of similar acts agaisnt this company. Finally, a extensive review of the legal filings against this company reflects that the company uses the law firm of Reaud,Morgan & Quinn located in Beaumont Texas to handle their litigation matters and seems to have connections with Judges who were Senior members of this firm and now are Judges in the district where this firm files lawsuits against their victims for U.S. Money Reserve d/b/a United States rare Coin & Bullion Reserve. See case # A 187564 filed in Jefferson County Texas. A google search on U.S. Money Reserve has revealed this information in a article published by the Southeast Texas Record which is a legal publication. When you google the Judge's name assigned to the case Judge Bob Worthham you will find that Judge Worthham of the 58th District Court in Texas was a senior member of the law firm of Reaud, Morgan and Quinn. The practice of U.S. Money reserve d/b/a/ United States Rare Coin & Bullion Reserve in my opinion based upon investigative studies of this company, are that they file frivilous litigation in the state of Texas forcing the victims to defend against those suits with the expense of attorneys fees should you try and challenge the acts decribed above since they seem to be well connected within the court system of Texas even though they clearly lack jurisdiction over their victims. The lawsuit in the above case clearly alleges false information after a through interview with the defendants of the lawsuit filed in Jefferson County and the case was ironically assigned to Judge Worthham. A investigatve database search on this company reveals that under the UCC filings they have federal tax liens filed against them by the U.S. Government and other information provided to this writer reveals that the former owner of this company may of had some problems with the criminal courts and has placed the business ownership in his girlfriends name to avoid detection of those facts so as to continue (in my opinion) with the explotation of the elderly accross the United States. The company also has a practice known as slamming credit cards with their outrageous prices for their products. BUYER BEWARE GOOGLE SEARCH THIS COMPANY THEY OPERATE UNDER NUMEROUS DIFFERENT NAMES TO AVOID DETECTION. HOWEVER THE ITEMS SEEM TO BE SHIPPED FROM AUSTIN TEXAS WHICH SHOULD BE THE RED FLAG!!
